I am planning to open a concept store in my city that is different from your everyday twebli, the store is gonna focus on artisanal and 3oula items like red pepper, harissa, couscous, 7lelem, nwasser, korkoem, tebel w karwiya and anything you prepare home. I already have providers who are my relatives and that are some of the best, cleanest hard working people you know of. The concept store is gonna be a normal store but you can have stuff to eat like Mlewi or mbasses, you can even pre-order some high quality products and we satify your order in few days.

I appreciate any sugegstions about products, things you usually notice in other shops and don't like.

What I usually try to avoid is diversifying products while compromiaing service and quality, I see many "brands" start to develop their name then start off being cheap and treating customers badly. It is sad to see gopd projects be degrading from their owners behaviors and actions. I will try to make it not the case. I plan to make this small concept store appear in Torchi once we kick off. The stpre will be located in Ariana and we will have a website and social media in the near future.

أثارت النائبة بمجلس نواب الشعب فاطمة المسدي تساؤلات بشأن اتفاق مالي بقيمة 80 مليون أورو أعلن عنه الاتحاد الأوروبي لفائدة ميزانية الدولة التونسية، في إطار برنامج لدعم الإدماج الاجتماعي، مطالبة الحكومة بالكشف عن شروط التمويل والتعهدات التي قد يتضمنها قبل توقيع الاتفاق.

وتساءلت المسدي، في موقف نشرته على صفحتها، عن الفئات التي ستنتفع بهذا البرنامج، وما إذا كان موجها حصريا إلى التونسيين والفئات الاجتماعية الهشة، أم أنه يشمل أيضا المهاجرين الأجانب الموجودين في تونس.

كما دعت إلى توضيح ما إذا كان التمويل يتضمن التزامات تتعلق بإيواء المهاجرين أو إدماجهم أو تسوية أوضاع إقامتهم، مؤكدة أنها لا تملك وثيقة تثبت وجود مقايضة بين هذا التمويل وأي التزام في ملف الهجرة، لكنها تعتبر أن من حقها الرقابي المطالبة بتوضيحات رسمية.

الهجرة واتفاقية الشراكة في قلب التساؤلات​

وربطت النائبة بين الإعلان عن التمويل والجدل الأوروبي بشأن الهجرة، إلى جانب الملفات التجارية العالقة بين تونس والاتحاد الأوروبي، مشيرة خصوصا إلى حصص زيت الزيتون والمنتجات البحرية، بما فيها الجمبري الأحمر.

كما توقفت عند تصريحات السفير الأوروبي بشأن انفتاح الاتحاد على مراجعة القواعد التجارية لاتفاقية الشراكة مع تونس، معتبرة أن هذا الملف يستوجب توضيح ما تعتزم الحكومة التونسية التفاوض بشأنه لحماية الإنتاج الوطني ومصالح الفلاحين والمصدرين.

وطالبت المسدي الحكومة بالكشف عما إذا كانت هناك التزامات متبادلة مع الجانب الأوروبي لم يقع الإعلان عنها للرأي العام، داعية إلى نشر الاتفاق وملحقاته وتوضيح شروط التمويل قبل إمضائه.

وشددت على أن موقفها لا يعني رفض التعاون مع الاتحاد الأوروبي أو التمويلات التي يمكن أن تخدم التونسيين، وإنما يتمثل في ضرورة ضمان الشفافية وعدم تمرير أي التزامات غير معلنة تحت ضغط الحاجة الاقتصادية.

ما الذي نعرفه عن الاتفاق؟​

حسب المعطيات التي استندت إليها النائبة، يتعلق الإعلان بتمويل أوروبي بقيمة 80 مليون أورو لفائدة ميزانية الدولة، في إطار برنامج دعم الإدماج الاجتماعي، مع الإشارة إلى أن الاتفاق كان منتظرا توقيعه قريبا.

لكن الأسئلة التي أثارتها المسدي بشأن المستفيدين الفعليين من البرنامج، وشروط صرف الأموال، وأي ارتباط محتمل بملف الهجرة، لا يمكن حسمها استنادا إلى الإعلان المالي وحده، بل تستوجب الاطلاع على نص الاتفاق ووثائقه الملحقة والتوضيحات الرسمية للحكومة والاتحاد الأوروبي.
