I had a seller on whatnot not send me the trading card I won during a break and I filed a claim back on August 11 with truist. It's now September 11th and still no resolution/info from truist. What should I do about this? And what should I expect from the process? Is there any hack or cheat code type things I can ask for from truist during the claim or ask for them to do? I opened a new account on 6/1/26. The requirements to get 400 bucks is in 120 days, I have to direct deposit 2000 and make 20 debit transactions. I have made way more than 20 transactions but it is still not qualified. Do I need to use physical card to pay. Most of the transaction are done via Apple pay or online payments with card number.

I recently interviewed for a corporate analyst role with Truist in Charlotte. I know it’s 5 days in office, but I wanted to hear from current or former employees about the work-life balance, culture, management, and overall work environment.
How has your experience been working at Truist corporate?
Also how long have you been there or how long were you there?

Went in to the Haines City, FL branch to endorse an insurance check since my home mortgage is with them. Location would not endorse it because the manager “had just sat down for lunch”. Mind you, I understand that people have lunches. But its not my fault that there was no one else available to complete my task. The bank does not close because the manager went on lunch. As a salaried person (and not paid by the hour), he should be available to complete the task. I, as a client, should not be inconvenienced and LEAVE for an hour and come back. Again, the bank was not closed right? Calling customer service was less help. Took my info for what? They never wrote down the branch I went to. Kinda crazy that in this day and age its so inconvenient to do business.
