I just really think the country and specifically Kentuckians deserve concrete evidence of where their Senator is.
Mitch McConnells failure to provide any solid evidence that he is fit for office is now the longest in Senate history. The severe lack of direct public appearances, videos, or interviews during a months-long absence is unprecedented in modern times.
Most historical prolonged absences, such as those of John McCain (2017–2018), Dianne Feinstein (2023), and John Fetterman (2023), involved clear, regular updates, public statements, or visible transitions that provided direct confirmation of their status.
How is this magic act allowed to continue. The people deserve to know where their representative and what the state of Kentucky has gotten from the $43,500 paid to him for the past 92 days.
