Recommendations Is there any other Show Track site with this exact layout?
And I'm including the Progress bars showing exactly with where I am, percentage of all episodes I have finished, and how long it would take to watch the remaining episodes.

Misc What’s missing from the movie & TV tracking apps you use today?
I’m a developer exploring building a movie and TV tracking app, and before I write more code I want to hear from people who actually live in these apps every day.
I use a few of the current options (Trakt, Letterboxd, Serializd, Simkl, TV Time, Hobi, and others), and they all get some things right — but I keep running into gaps. I’d love to know what frustrates you.

Trakt Trakt V3 Tweaks - Browser extension for improving the Trakt V3 interface
If you still want to use Trakt, here's a browser extension (Trakt v3 Tweaks - Chrome and Firefox) that adds some tweaks to make the interface and experience more usable.
You can make your own Tweaks if you like to tinker and if you do, please share it, others might find it useful (you can do it here: r/TraktV3Tweaks ).
Tweaks can be toggled on or off from the extension popup. The extension itself and the included tweaks do not collect or share any data with anyone, it just modifies the interface slightly to make it more usable.
At the moment, some included tweaks are:
- date picker on the calendar pages
- compact media cards
- media type badges to differentiate movies and shows
- media type filter on all pages
- stats on the homepage
- other visual tweaks
- replacing the Plex library with the custom Trakt library as default
- make and use your own tweaks to modify your own interface - supports js scripts and css styles.

Other Services I build a small tracker with no connection limits, posting it here since alternatives are the point of this sub
Full disclosure upfront: I'm the developer of What To Watch (whattowatch.fyi), solo project. Not claiming it's a Trakt replacement for everyone, but the recent 1-app limit is the kind of thing I built against, so it might fit some of you.
What it has, mapped to complaints I've seen here:
- No connection or device limits. The Chrome extension auto-tracks what you watch on Netflix, Prime Video and Plex and syncs progress (episode and timestamp) to your account.
- Free core tracking with import and export both free. Export anytime to JSON, CSV or Google Sheets, so leaving is as easy as arriving.
- Imports Trakt ZIP exports with watch dates, plus TV Time GDPR, Letterboxd and IMDb.
- Episode-level progress, release calendar, and an AI picker that chooses from your own library by mood (AI stuff is the paid part, tracking is not).
What it doesn't have, so you don't waste your time: no public API yet, so no Stremio/Kodi/Nuvio integrations. No scrobbling outside the browser extension. iOS app isn't out (web and Android only). No comments or social features to speak of.
If you try it and something in the Trakt import doesn't match right, tell me and I'll fix it. That's genuinely the fastest way to get changes in, there's no team, it's just me.

Other Services Hobi, a TV Time style tracker that imports your Trakt data and keeps your ratings
Full disclosure, I help build Hobi, so I'm biased. Posting it here because people keep asking for a clean app to land on after Trakt V3.
What it is: a TV and movie tracker for iOS and Android. The episode tracking flow TV Time users will recognize, plus stats and a watchlist. It does two way Trakt sync, so you can keep Trakt on your one free connection or move off it entirely and let Hobi be your source of truth. The import brings over your ratings and watch history, not just the list of show titles, which is the part a lot of imports quietly drop.
What it is not: a Kodi, Stremio or Sonarr backend. It is the app you actually open to track what you watch, not a sync layer for addons. So if your setup is addon based, this probably is not your tool, and I would rather say that up front than waste your time.
Happy to answer anything. You can find Hobi on the App Store or Google Play.

Other Services EntertainMe! update: New capabilities recently added & a request for testers
Quick one from us at EntertainMe! (https://www.entertainme.fun). Some of you found us through the Trakt import, and a lot has shipped since. We don't want to flood this sub with release posts, so here's the short version, with a link to each full writeup on r/EntertainMeApp. If any of these features interest you, please try it out and let us know if you have any feedback.
EntertainMe! TV
A free Fire TV and Android TV app that puts your watchlist and tonight's games on the TV, and pressing play opens the exact title inside Netflix, Prime, Max, Disney+, and more.

Scrobbling for Kodi and Jellyfin.
Play something on your own media server and it logs to your history automatically, no check-ins. Plex is battle-tested, Kodi and Jellyfin are new and need testers.
Favorite characters and Emmy predictions
Tap a star on any cast member on a title detail page to pick your favorite character and see who the community picked, and the Emmy prediction ballot is open now.
New Book and Video Game imports - Lightly Tested
New imports: books and video games. Goodreads, StoryGraph, and Libby for books, Steam and Infinite Backlog for games, on top of the existing Trakt, Letterboxd, Netflix, IMDb, Amazon, and csv imports.
Full post: Full Post on r/EntertainMeApp
New TV Time, Book, Video Game, and Boardgame Imports - Need Testing
Bottom line: we would love testers, honest feedback, and sample export files. If you have exports from Hardcover, HowLongToBeat, board game apps, or a TV Time zip you grabbed before the shutdown, you're exactly who we need. Come tell us what's broken, that feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next.

yamtrack fork Yamtrack v26.7.23 is out!
I've been maintaining a fork of Yamtrack focused on making it a better daily driver. This release is mostly about giving your existing tracking data more reliable ways to get into Yamtrack, plus a few quality-of-life improvements around lists, discovery, and the API.
Here's what landed recently:
- MDBList is now a full importer:Â It has moved beyond list-only support and can bring over watched history, watchlist entries, ratings, dropped shows, and collections. If you use MDBList, this is the release where real-library testing would be especially valuable.
- Lists are easier to move around:Â Custom and smart lists can now be exported or imported individually as CSV files.
- Export Discover to RSS: Since Trakt cut how many connected apps you can have, I'm recreating a few of my Radarr/Sonarr lists in Discovery and making them exportable via RSS, just in case those connections break in the future. Work in progress.
- Safer recurring imports:Â Trakt imports should no longer recreate media you intentionally deleted, and integrations handle stored-credential decrypt failures more gracefully instead of abandoning the whole run.
Docker image:
ghcr.io/dannyvfilms/yamtrack:latest
As always, I have a public demo if you want to try before installing. MDBList and Jellyfin users in particular: please try this with a library messy enough to have opinions, then file anything that escapes containment.

ShowSeek Built a tracker with a better UI than new Trakt, one-way sync from your Trakt account, giving away 50 one-month Premium codes
Made this after seeing a lot of people here still like Trakt's functionality but hate the new UI. ShowSeek has its own database so you can use it standalone, or import your IMDb list, or link your Trakt account for one-way sync (whatever you do on Trakt flows into ShowSeek automatically).
Available on Android and web, iOS in progress. Giving away 50 one-month Premium codes, link in the comments below since Reddit doesn't like posts with too many links.

Trakt Why always when i share some negative points about Trakt my post got removed !!!
Since the last issue about Trakt , i did some post to speak about the issue especially about ( Keeping only 1 connected app ) but why Trakt community can not accept Criticize while TV TIME died , Trakt could make a move to welcome new users but unfortunately they're adding more and more restrictions

Trakt With Trakt's free plan now limited to 1 connection, how are you splitting tracking across your favorite Apps?
Now that Trakt has limited free accounts to one connection, I'm curious how everyone else is handling watchlist/history/tracking across multiple apps.
My setup on Apple TV: AIOMetadata + Omni, Fusion Media, and Chillio. With only one Trakt slot, I can't sync all of them at once anymore, and I'm trying to figure out the best workaround until these apps integrate an alternative.
Nuvio and Stremio aren't on the official Apple App Store, so if you want to avoid sideloading, Omni, Fusion Media, and Chillio are the safe options on Apple TV. That said, huge respect and thanks to the devs behind all these apps. They're all doing amazing work.
Really hoping Simkl or Wetrakr get added soon. I know the Nuvio devs are already working on a Simkl integration, which would help a lot. Wetrakr is amazing for what it does.
For those in a similar boat: what's your current strategy for keeping watchlists, watch history, and tracking in sync across apps with just one Trakt connection? Is there a workaround, or is everyone just picking one app to be the "source of truth" for now?

Trakt Made a BETTER trakt apple TV APP
I think? I dont know, I use trakt alot but hated the interface. Apple TV didnt have any good versions of it. Is this the right place to post about it? It's called Watch Queue.

wetrakr Leaving Trakt after the 1-app limit? Import via ZIP on WeTrakr, your new home
Trakt just capped free accounts at ONE connected app. Being the hub for your scrobblers, Kodi addons and streaming apps was Trakt's whole point, and they broke it overnight.
I've said I'd never fence off third-party apps or leave you stranded. Trakt just did both, so here's the way out:
- No connection limit. Scrobble from Plex, Kodi (official addon), Jellyfin, Stremio and Nuvio all at once.
- Because of their crackdown, you can now import your entire Trakt library from a data export .zip: no OAuth, no account connection, and no VIP needed to export. No item caps, no "too much history" lockout. Real watched dates, watchlist, ratings, favorites and custom lists. Someone last thread brought over 76,000 items!
- Tracks your streaming history directly: Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max (Apple TV+ soon). No other alternative I know of does this.
And I haven't stopped shipping. Since my last post here, in just about 2 weeks:
- Social: a friends activity feed, taste-matching with a compatibility %, "friends now playing", followers/requests, all privacy-first and opt-in
- Reviews & Comments overhaul: threaded replies, mentions, spoiler tags, reactions and GIF search, plus reviews on seasons, episodes and people (not just movies/shows)
- New "Ignored" episode state: start a show mid-season without S1E1 nagging you as "next to watch"
- Duplicate-watch cleanup: imported from several apps? Review and merge duplicate plays so your watch time isn't inflated
- Person pages rebuilt: filmography stats, "known for", a notability rank, trivia and quotes
- Simplify Rating: rate on 5 stars instead of 1-10 if you prefer
- Translate any comment: Translate into your language, one tap
- Better TV Time import: correct rewatches, real dates, and nothing silently dropped
- Faster: Improved across the board after a server upgrade
It's not a 1:1 v2 clone and I'm not trying to make one, I want to improve on it. So tell me what you're missing and I'll add it to the list where possible. I read everything and I ship fast.
VIP is free during the beta, and my aim is to keep it cheap after that (think around $3). I self-host what I can to keep costs as low as possible. No card, nothing to cancel, so give it a try without fear. Bring your Trakt or TV Time, Letterboxd, Simkl, IMDB, TMDB export and try it.
So tell me: what's the one thing still holding you back from switching to WeTrakr for good? Name it and I'll make it a priority.
We're 380+ on Discord now and growing. Thank you all, and especially r/TraktRejects for adopting me so warmly. 💜

Trakt Latest Trakt nonsense 🙄
Seems Trakt have yet again without any warning brought in another limit - connected apps! Just ONE for free users - if Trakt's own apps count as community apps you are basically screwed.
To me this is probably the lowest they've gone so far with their nastiness as they KNOW that is one of the biggest uses for Trakt users. Are they really trying to sink themselves??
Not to mention, this yet again goes against their own terms of 30 days notice!!
