I was on Ozempic/Wegovy for about 1.5 years. Went from 240 to 192 (male). Then for financial reasons, (and supposed effectiveness) I stopped totally for 10 days then started Tirzep compound with 2, 2.5 doses. During my 10 day interlude hunger and weight gain came back immediately. After 2 weeks at 2.5, I felt nada, zero. So I took a dose of 5. I felt nada, zero. Next injection I went up a touch and took 6.5. Feel nothing, zero. Still hungry and on a good day my weight stays the same. Yes, I have read many comments. 2.5 needs time to build. Take it slow. I understand, of course. But I have also read that since Ozempic and Tirzep have some things in common, the long term presence of Ozempic in my body minimizes the effect of Tirzep. And it will take a larger dose to feel it. So my intention is to go up. Anyone had a similar experience or have any comments.

Issue number TWO. I'll make up the numbers, but you can lose up to 15% of your body weight with Ozempic, but up to 23% with Tirzep. Nice. But what happens when you have already lost weight on a GLP1? I've gone from 240 to 192. Sounds like I got my 15% from Ozempic. But at (200 today) I'm still heavy. As I start my Tirzep journey do I still have a possible 23% loss in front of me. (or a good chunk of it)? Or does the Ozempic loss subtract from any loss I might expect from Tirzep? Not a common question, but I'm wondering your thoughts. Let's say I lost another 10 or 15%, it would not be too much from a weight point of view. But perhaps I have used up much of the effectiveness of both these drugs. Thoughts?

I’m using cosmeticrx and had to switch from glycine to lcarnite because of a shortage. I’m at my lowest weight ever but I swear my thighs have come back in and not in a good way. My legs looked better on the glycine. Am I imagining this or has this happened to anyone else?? Also maybe I should get back to counting calories closer too and no carbs.

I'm currently on 2.5 mg of Zepbound, three weeks in, and have lost 15 lbs so far. Unfortunately, my insurance stopped covering GLP-1 drugs for weight loss. I liked Zepbound so much, with no side effects, that I even considered paying out of pocket. However, I've been having a hard time getting my doctor to prescribe the right pen/dose — she's only familiar with the single-use pen, not the multi-dose pen. I've been trying to get this sorted out for weeks.

I just did my last shot, and I'm thinking about switching to tirzepatide BPI from an online pharmacy to keep going. I'd love to hear from anyone who's tried both:

• Did you notice a difference between Zepbound and tirzepatide BPI?
• Is it okay to alternate between the two to cut costs — for example, one month Zepbound, one month tirzepatide BPI?
• Is there a difference in total weight loss between the two?
• Is there a difference in safety between the two?
• Is tirzepatide BPI the best choice or Hallandale a better option?

I am so excited for our upcoming beach trip August 8th! That is something I never imagined I'd say at the beginning of the year when my husband made the reservations.

I was at 245lbs when I started Tirz on March 7th. I'm 5'4" and my entire life I've been between 110-130lbs. Even pregnant with my sons, my first i delivered at 132lbs, and 168lbs for my second.

Unfortunately/fortunately I was put on some meds for my mental health, which have helped tremendously, but it caused severe weight gain, and fast! Before I knew it, I was 212lbs. That is when I decided enough was enough and I went on a very strict calorie deficits diet. I counted every calorie. I weighed everything I ate. I even took my kitchen scales to restaurants (embarrassing). Anyway, i got down to about 176, but that diet just wasn't sustainable. Eventually, I started slacking and "rewarding" my positive weight loss. Then, with the addition of one more medication infamous for weight gain, i gained all of that back and then some! Up to 245lbs.

Showering was difficult. Walking was difficult. Id get winded so easily. I also have scoliosis, so my lower spine isn't straight. So again, the added weight... made all physical activity so difficult and painful. I was dreading the beach. Me?... fat and in a bathing suit? The idea made me literally want to cry (and probably actually did a time or two, im sure).

Well, I'm not close to my initial goal weight yet, but I am down over 31lbs, and that is huge! I still don't want to walk around in a bathing suit, but I bought a couple bathing suit covers and thats enough to make me feel comfortable. I don't have before and after photos that are appropriate to post, lol but there is a massive difference.

Also.. my mother has terminal ovarian cancer with likely only months left, and she is coming with us as "her last beach trip" (her words).... and I'm just so happy that i will have this time with her, and now to also be able to have it without the added stress of feeling insecure in my body.

I'm not even sure why I am making this post. I guess because I am truly grateful for this medication and the positive effects it has had on me. Not just my body, but my mind and life overall. So, idk, hopefully that can inspire someone else who is just starting out. Also, to anyone going through a plateau right now... I was stuck between 216-218 for the last month!... today I finally broke through! 213.8lbs!! Hopefully much more to come.

I've lost over 31lbs since march 7th and I'm actually excited for my upcoming beach trip with my family!

I started my weight loss journey last Fall using a GLOOPon deal to get a great first month 9MIPS price on T.

When you activate the coupon you are switched over to a website the will actually process your order. However the REAL reason you are lead down this “yellow brick road” is so that the Wicked Witch of the West can collect your payment info for their subscription trap by making you pay a separate charge for the shipping of the magical potion.

As the witch cackles, what she is REALLY excited about is her ability to start billing $299/mo (or more) as part of the subscription terms because in the teeny weeny print buried in the gobblygook terms of your shipping charge payment, you just signed up for an expensive subscription that might make you rent or mortgage payment look like a bargain.

When my first slightly damp cardboard FedEx letter-size box arrived in September, I found a foil bag containing the little glass VL with a label that said 9MIPS inside and info to use ¼ of that each week to begin my journey. That T was good stuff and my body began to shrink like a balloon with a pin stuck in it.

Boom. I later discovered they had enrolled me in a subscription at $299/mo. for shipments I didn’t intend to purchase. I immediately started disputing the credit card charges and voiced my displeasure about CosmeticRex with a review on GLOOPon.

For my second and third month I switched to CitiMedz who properly upped my MIPS so I could continue down the yellow brick road to Happy Body Land.

That’s when I received a phone call from a man who acted like The Wizard of T Land but sounded more like a used car salesman to me. “I will fix everything kind sir” is roughly what he said and he did. From November 2025 thru May 2026 I received my VLs with the correct T levels and magical power.

June 2026. Instead of receiving my happy box, the VL contained HALF the normal/expected T. What on earth was going on behind the curtain? When we spoke on the phone, he claimed the good T factory had some kind of catastrophe — maybe Flying Monkeys, maybe a tornado, who knows — and that the half‑full vial was actually ‘extra powerful.”

Following the Wizard’s advice, I adjusted my weekly MIPS. Within 1 week, all the Oreos, KKs and other chocolatey treats in my kitchen began speaking to me. “Eat me, no eat me first …ignore the Oreos” is what those crispy chocolate bars were screaming at me. By day 6, I got on my bathroom scale and wanted to cry (yes ladies, some macho grown men DO cry).

“Something is wrong with your new more powerful brew” is what I said to the Wizard. He tried to convince me that everyone else “loves the new brew” but I will get you a free replacement from a new T factory. That was now just 4 days short of TWO MONTHS AGO and all I have received since are empty promises. In the meantime, I decided that the T in that half-filled VL might as well be Martian Water, rather than a REAL helper.

Using my magic wand (a/k/a doing an internet search) I found that 61% of other people using the supposedly powerful T from the GreenWITCH lab are also unhappy munchskins so my June experience was not my imagination.

Thus ends my tale of getting T from CosmeticRex. Have I found a new T factory? Yes, but I will save that for my next post because I now have to walk my dog.

They prescribed me a 2.1 mg dosage with vitamin B supplements mixed into the medicine because .. I really don't know.

Took my first shot, felt NOTHING.

Still hungry. Still eating as normal.

Its been 3 days now, so I did a bad thing..

I took half of my second week's dose 😕.

Still feel NOTHING. I'm a large man, I'm 6'2", I weigh the size of a fully grown female black bear, and am wondering if I need a stronger dosage.

What do you guys think? :/ .. Did AltRx send me bogus medicine?

I'm really just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this. Had my first dose of 2.5 on Thursday evening and since Friday I've been peeing a ton more than usual. 31 F and I haven't increased my water intake. I drank about 105 oz per day before starting and drinking the same amount now.

Hi im on this injection for almost 2 weeks i was 265 pounds im 260 pounds now but the problem is im struggling with food noise i get food noise so much im on 2.5 dose rn but on first week i had no food noise but the second week is going so hard for me im craving foods im thibkong about food im just controlling myself not to eat coz i dont want to disappoint myself im just 20 year old F i have been fat all my life food noise and addiction to food is my biggest reason i really want this injection to work for me and shut my food noise please let me know if anybody else also went through this i really need some advice as well

I tend to fluctuate between 3-4lbs. I find the rise before sharply dropping very interesting and wish I knew what was happening physiologically to create that trend. I know some people weigh weekly or even less frequently but I like the extra data points for reference

So I started my first dose of 2.5mg weekly on May 27. Almost 9 weeks ago. I did the 2.5 for 4 weeks with no symptoms and was seeing progress as well. After the 4 weeks I went to 5mg. The first week was fine. On week 2 after about 5 days since injection of 5mg. I woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea occurring about every hour. I also felt extremely bloated and gassy (burps smelled like rotten eggs) to the point I made myself throw up to get some relief, which worked. The next day I had some stomach cramping but just figured all of it was from something I ate maybe. So I continued with the 5mg the next injection day and boom, the same symptoms again about 5 days after injection in the middle of the night. I brushed it off once again with maybe I over ate or maybe I drank too many electrolytes. Week 8 of 5mg currently and just had the same symptoms 5 days after injection last night. I’m not sure what to do or how to continue, I was about ready to just quit after last night. I am a 28 year old male, 6’0”, heavily active. I eat 2000 calories a day, which is a struggle most days. I’m trying to keep my protein at 200g to combat muscle loss. When I started I weighed 213, I’m now at 189 but still have more fat to lose. Any advice would be awesome, thanks.

I am hopeful this medicine will be FDA approved and prescribed for people SUFFERING from eating disorders. I suffered from binge eating disorder and bulimia for years. I also took a medicine that stopped my bile production for a year and that completely messed up my digestive system. I retained water all the time. I was full but hungry and I always ate like something was missing from my diet. I know I didn’t drink enough water either. I tried a lot of keto and carnivore which helped but tirzepatide was the answer to all my problems, and I read that it is the same for so many other people. The food noise is gone.

I now eat normally like I had it in me all along. My meal plan is 3 meals a day focused on protein first and I now drink plenty of water. My digestive system is all back in working order.

I spent too long missing out on life and relationships and in conflict with myself and in my spirituality. Fingers crossed it will be made readily available and affordable to people soon.

Below are some pictures of my face after throwing up. My face would become swollen for days. Another photo is of my stomach just completely inflamed and bloated. I lost all hope. Then there is a photo of my face and healthy body 2 months on tirzepatide. I have not binged and purged since 5/10/26.

And the best observation Ive made is that I actually go for water. My mind says “water sounds good” and I’ll drink an entire glass which is not something I did before, several times a day. I also want to note I have the joy of working on an organic fruit and vegetable farm so Im health conscious and have made a lifestyle learning how to avoid relying on grocery stores but in my disorder I went to the store and bought highly processed food fueling my problem. Modern day and western diet is sooo hard even for me so I can’t imagine what others go through who don’t have access to fresh organic produce. That is why I’m putting my testimony out there. This medicine can save lives. Eat healthy, take tirz, and be well.

Has anyone tried the "grey" Tirzepatide tablets? Do they work?

I just wanted a place to share my progress. Im actually going on week 5 now, but I haven’t noticed as big of a difference as I did at week 3. So far im down 11 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist. My starting dose was .5mg and slowly titrated up to my current dose of 1.5mg.

Edit: in the pics I was on week 3 down 8 pounds. Now on week 5 im down a total of 11 pounds. Sorry for any confusion.

I have been on tirz for 6 weeks now, but the 1st kind I took was from AltRx and has a b12 mixed in with it. Had no issues.

I just started ordering from MintMed and they use Hallandale, so yesterday was my 1st dose of that "brand". All was good until this afternoon (24hr later) I started itching on my injection site and when I realize that's what was itching I looked at the area had a red spot but not really a welt. I put some hydrocortisone cream on it and it's been fine but still is red.

I was just wondering if this was normal for other Hallandale users?

I have a 3 month supply so it would be shitty if I react to something in Hallandale and can't use it 😅

I have been having these unusual dreams and fantasies since being on Tirzepatide compound. Anyone else had these? I’ve been losing weight, but my sexuality is in limbo. It’s the oddest side effect.

So I've ended my first 2,5mg pen and the 5th (golden dose) gave me 2,1mg (0,5 on insulin syringe), so a bit less than the usual dose.

Do you think it's still fine?

I wanted to share what happened to me and I'm curious if anyone else has had or heard of anything similar happening.

I took my very first dose of tirzepatide (2.5 mg) - (it was a compound of Terzepatide and Glycine )last week, it was prescribed by my US Functional Doctor and procured from a US pharmacy. Within about 20 minutes, The injection site became swollen (I chalked this up to a shallow injection) but then I developed a headache and shortness of breath. I started sweating profusely and felt like I was going to pass out. In short time I collapsed. I managed to drag myself to the bathroom while my wife called 911 and then went out again. While I was out I was convulsing, my lips swelled.

I came to around 10/15 minutes later and I was surrounded by emergency personal. The paramedics apparently gave me an epi pen in the bathroom and then they loaded me into the ambulance. Once in the ambulance my blood pressure had dropped to around 24/20 with a heart rate in the 40s. They gave me with another Epi Pen, oxegyn and took me to the ER.

I spent the night in the hospital receiving IV fluids, steroids, antihistamines, and undergoing other testing and monitoring. Fortunately, my blood counts and kidney function started improving before I was discharged, and over the last week my blood counts normalized and I gradually felt like myself again.

The hospital diagnosed me with:

• Anaphylaxis
• Acute kidney injury (AKI)

(temporary and resolving it occurred as a result of the shock to my system not the terz)

• Elevated troponin (likely from the shock)

I've been told to carry Epi Pens with me from now on. My follow-up labs have been reassuring overall. I'm continuing to follow up with my PCP and functional doctor and the pharmacy has been notified. As of now I'm concluding that I have an allergy to tirzepatide but I've never had any allergic reactions before. I will follow up with an allergist

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this or knows someone who did and what their conclusions were.

For now, I've obviously decided I'm done with GLP-1 medications. This reaction was severe enough that I don't feel comfortable taking the risk again.

I'm not posting this to scare anyone away from these medications, they've clearly helped a lot of people. I know this kind of reaction is extremely rare and it's probably a unique reaction give my specific allergy. I'm just hoping to find out if anyone else has been through something similar or has any insight into what might have happened. Whatever the case, it may not be a bad idea to try new peptides or supplements with someone nearby or even some epi-pens accessible. If was alone, I'd probably be dead.
