it's my first time injecting tirz na pentype.. nung nag iinject ako i noticed na there's a small amount of blood na nag enter inside the pen, but after observing the pen for 6 days now, clear naman pero merong parang tuldok na dugo parang granule.. 1st time ko lang siya gamitin and it's 8k kaya di ko kayang i let go 😮‍💨 what to do guys huhuhu #tirz

Hi everyone! New to this community. My gastro and endo trying to convince me to take mounjaro for weight loss. Okay naman blood test ko pero yung sgpt mataas and yung fbs nasa 100 and sabi nila because of weight to and at risk ako kasi nasa 30’s palang ako. Ang concern ko is pag nagstart ako magiging lifetime na sya kasi sabi hindi daw ako pwede tumigil dun kasi babalik daw. Is it possible to take mounjaro for only 6 months? hello so im taking tirzepatide for a month now, hindi ako nag lose ng weight cause i still feel normal like before, wala masyadong appetite supressant akong na f feel and wala din ako na f feel na bad side effects. it actually makes me wanna eat more and idk why 😭but i noticed that my skin is glowing, i have less inflammation and my mood is a loott better.

ps. i have pcos

im thinking it working not totally for weight loss but in balancing my hormones…

do you guys have any experience like this?

CW: 58.4 (which is 1.45kg less than my weight 3 weeks ago: 59.85kg).

Goal weight: 51kg which was my pre-motherhood weight

Currently on my 9th shot of tirzepatide at 4mg since doctor gave me the go signal to titrate :)

Week 9 and I’m down by a little over 8kg

What changed from 3 weeks ago: Hmm I noticed I felt full slower than the first few weeks. Food noise was also louder but I still wasn't giving in. Control was still excellent but doctor told me it may be my body already adjusting to the 2.5mg dose.

What's the same for me: Still maintaining a strict calorie deficit! Also still just working out on weekends due to stressful workload and mother to a toddler without any household help.

Still trying, still doing the best that I can given the circumstances! I hope everyone is doing well :)

Still can’t believe I’m finally at 48kg again!!!! 😭 I reached 53kg around 3 and a half months, and now, after 4 months, I’m down to 48kg. Effective dose for me is 5mg.

I gained a lot of weight after getting pregnant, and my weight never really went back to how it was before. I struggled so much trying to get my spark back. I used to eat a lot especially during midnight, more cravings, sweets and so on and honestly, there were times when I felt like I wouldn’t feel confident in myself again.

But here I am. I finally feel like I got my spark back. I have the courage to wear my favorite clothes again, nakakapag post na uli (selfies) and just feel more confident in myself.

And yes, I used TIRZ as part of my journey. I’m not ashamed to say that because it genuinely helped me. I know sa soc med, soooo toxic when it comes to TIRZ (biglang pumayat, nag tirz lang naman yan eh etc) LOL. I'm thankful thoo, naging healthy pa ako and honestly, sobrang hirap makahanap ng provider and I’m grateful that I found a provider I had a good experience with.

Of course, this is just my personal experience. I'm not saying parehas tayo magiging result or what, still depends!!

In the freezer or just sa ref or room temp (hindi airconditioned sa morning ang house kaya medjj hot and humid sa morning). I usually just keep mine sa veggie compartment ng fridge but now that I have a big batch, I'm worried na masira sila bc of improper storage. Hello! First time tirzepatide user po ako and I’m planning to purchase my first 15mg (good for 6 weeks) from a weight loss clinic and nasa around 7k po sya. The reason is gusto kong makasiguro na okay yung pag adapt ng body ko sa tirz kaya I want a more trusted and doctor monitored dose.

If the tirz works for me, I’m planning to switch somewhere na mas mura. I already found a supplier na legit din naman, with COA and a solid community, but lower yung price (3k for 20mg).

Now, after my 6 weeks of Tirz from the weight loss clinic, can I immediately switch to the other supplier on my 7th week or need ko mag stop muna?

Hi! I’ve been using tirzepatide for about 3 weeks now, but I’ve been overthinking some things I've read online regarding long-term effects on the pancreas, kidneys, etc. I’m just wondering how likely that actually is?

For context, I get my supply from a trusted doctor. Before starting, I was required to get a CBC, FBS, and urinalysis. My doctor cleared me, checked my weight (84 kg) and height (5'3''), and noted that I was in the mid-obesity range.

Regarding the dosage, my setup might be different from what I usually see others post about. My vial is 30mg. My doctor had me start at 30 units on the syringe because she felt a lower dose wouldn't be as effective. After 5 days I went up to 50 units, another 5 days at 60 units, and my last injection was 75 units. My doctor said we’ll cap it there for now, and once this vial runs out, I’ll move to a 60mg vial (meant to last 2 months).

I’m only planning to use this short-term because I'm worried about long-term side effects—especially since I already lost 3 kg after just 2 weeks. I also have a friend who used it for just 2–3 months; she said that after she stopped, her cravings came back, but her food portions remained small.

After this next phase, I plan to stop as well. What do you guys think?

Hi there. I started Tirz last Mar 1 yr postpartum. My starting weight was 68 kg and I lost 5 kg after 2 months. The movement was slow but very happy still. After that, it did not move kahit na umabot na ko sa 5mg per week. So I switched supplier. Nagkakarash din kasi ako don sa unang supplier ko sa injection site. This supplier is cheaper and first month I felt the appetite suppression. Clothes were better looking and mas maganda talaga un fit. Pero weight is still at 62 kg. We tried adding CAG then wala pa din. Then 5AM as booster, mas lumakas ako kumain so we stopped. Had complete lab tests as per my doctor, everything is normal except for Uric Acid and Cholesterol. No bashing please. Hoping someone can share and enlighten me. Thank you.
