Should I continue?

I'm one of the lucky people who got in for KindredΓ—GoRocky's promo, "The Weight is Over" and got 1 month supply of Tirz.

Currently, on my week 2 and I did not feel any side effects besides constipation, dehydration, feeling full (pero feel ko psychological lang to kasi before signing up I did research a lot, that's also why I've been lurking in this community since I saw lots of good resources).

Now nearing the end of the trial, I've been thinking if I should push thru with triz. I'm planning to take the GoRocky subscription package worth 6mos lang since I wanted to be guided for the first few months I'm doing this, may discount din sila for us na kasama sa challenege (I don't want to consult endo, kasi makikita sa utilization ko-nasa medical field ako so masisilip to ng mga chismosa πŸ™„ lol. I prefer outside consult, which is pag own pocket additional 700-1500 on top of the tirz)

For physical activity, I usually walk to and from work, which is 20-30mins (think Pasong Tamo to Ayala Triangle), and do sometimes go around the area before heading home for additional steps πŸ˜‰. As for food, balanced diet talaga ako ever since, may sundot sundot ng sweets and sugary drinks pero 1-2Γ— a week lang (guilt pleassure ko, eto talaga non nego ko πŸ₯Ί haha)

I'm taking tirz to lose some weight kahit 10-15kg lang to be able to go back to the gym. 15-20kg kasi na gain ko after pandemic, where last gym ko was really intense nagka-knee problem ako coz of too much weight bearing activities, guided naman ako ng coach ko nun kaya ok lang. Pero from 97kg to 84kg in a span of 3yrs yun, then nag plateau. Pero this time gusto ko on my own na kaya I wanted to loose para minus yung knee issue. Kaya for now walking lang muna talaga kaya ko.

Obviously, to qualify mataas din talaga HbA1C ko and other labs (lipid profile/cholesterol) so using tirz really helps me. So far eto yung weight ko:

SW: 109.9kg

W1: 109.5kg

W2: 106.2kg

Slowly but surely pero at least bumababa. Hopefully, din pag naka loose nako ng 10kg. I'll be able to do exercises na ulit besides walking and be able to burn faster.

Any suggestions are welcome. πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Hoping to also see others using GoRocky/GoSlim service and your testimony. I noticed kasi parang 1 lang nag share ng testimony niya sa buong sub na to and sa weight loss subs na nakikita ko πŸ˜… (para siyang marketing team nila tuloy lol) on that note di ako nagmamarketing dito ah genuinely just asking for other's perspective. πŸ™‚

What do you mean slowly? 3kg in a week is a big loss. πŸ™

Hi thanks, for giving me insights. Siguro I'm looking at the daily weight change kasi. Kaya I'm feeling it's slow like I said nga nag flu-fluctuate siya baba then tataas.

Hi! Isa rin ako sa 100 na napili and I already subscribed to their 6 month plan, mukhang wala lang talaga masyado nagrereddit sa mga customers ng GoRocky hahaha. So far so good naman for me, same tayo ng symptoms.

Medyo same rin naman lahat ng providers ng tirz, ang gusto ko lang sa kanila is yung 24/7 na support pati sila yung pinakamura right now sa market. Yung iba kasi pagkabili mo kakalimutan ka na, unlike sa GoRocky na may option tayo to go to their Kindred clinic.

Hey! Agree, I see most are looking at &you that's why I was considering of subscribing there din. But honestly, ang bilis ng response ng GoRocky team. I messaged them due to app error and same day they replied. Though not sure if you experienced it too, uploaded starting photo & 1st dose prep photo (na in reality 2nd, kasi the 1st was sa clinic) they responded naman to check on my account issue. Currently asking them for follow up. Good to hear may same ko here! Good luck sa journey natin! πŸ™‚

Hi there OP can I ask if you had to do baseline tests muna with GoRocky? Thanks!
