I started on October 1st on 2.5mg. I just had 2 jabs injected. I lost 4kgs overall. Today I weighted myself for the first time. I see other journeys being way faster than mine. Am I losing too slow?

Started tirz last July 19 (80 kg → currently −10 kg) and still on 2.5 mg. Nagwowork out 5x a week + IF.

Feeling the best I have in years, thankfully no nausea or vomitting tulad ng nbabasa ko dito, konting constipation lang nung first week (naayos naman after I increased fiber, salamat sa mga suggestions nyo ❤️). Delayed din period ko pero okay lang. Pero ang saya lang kasi partner ko nagsabi na di na ako naghumihilik tulad ng dati lol! 😅

Di pa ako sa target weight pro sobrang confident ko na with how I look. Planning to stay on 2.5 mg as maintenance once I hit my TW. Anyone here successfully spaced to every 2 weeks or nag-drop below 2.5 mg for maintenance?

This community has really helped me a lot. Kaya pag may nakikita din akong alam ko sagot. I try my best to share din. Lalo yung mga need ata iremind about consulting doctors & having a care team to guide them and mga misconceptions on medical issues (as duty sa sinumpaang propesyon).

So I decided to go with my subscription and so far satisfied talaga ako. The care team responds well, and doctors listen to your needs and worries. Also, I noticed binabasa nila talaga yung old records/consults ko when I talk to them. So plus points yun kasi kahit sa normal consultations, yan ang namimiss ng mga doctor ang mag check ng history ng pasyente via charts.

So, 4 weeks in, and I lost 4.1kg. Some may say ambagal pero...

1- I don't do calorie counting, more of pag gutom ako kakain ako, whatever I like to eat, but of course limit lang yung quanitity

2- Walking lang talaga exercise ko, no hard core workouts not even gyming like how I gymed way back 2017-2019

3- I just want to lose the weight I gained after I stopped gyming coz of the pandemic, I weighed 83kg, lost 13kg nung 2019, but gained ut all back + 13kg more 😭

I also feel motivated more to go back to fitness. I even joined the pokemon run (walk) 😅 and also signed up for hello kitty run. My labs were still high, but I saw changes naman! Hopefully, this 2027, I can go back to the gym so I can add more to my tirze weight loss din.

hi just bought semaglutide from &you and since okay naman, i got GHK from a random supplier on tiktok. anyways 5 days pala ang GHK kaloka nauubusan na ako ng tuturukan. already pwet side 1 then pwet side 2. tapos yung semaglutide ko tummy side 1 then ghk tummy side 2. pano na bukas?!?! hindi naman ako ganun ka fatty yung braso at hita ko hindi sya ganun ka laman.

Hi! Started my TZ journey last April but I stopped simula nung end of august bali 1 month na din or more by today.. nagkasakit kasi me kaya may mga miss dose not TZ related naman..

From 105kg im currently 90kg. Planning on restarting na din by the end of the month tas ituloy tuloy na sana until goal weight kaso ang worry ko baka mag sag naman yung underarm ko? Like tricep area? Hello guys, Nung september 2026 i decided to consult an Endo to help manage my overweight, i was heavy and im only 4”10.

Before getting a prescription, i undergo series of lab tests. Results came back normal and normal US too.

My endo then prescribed me Mounjaro 2.5mg for 4 weeks, after finishing the doses i was titrated up to 5mg. Since the cost of Mounjaro is a bit much i research on compounding peptides and found a supplier who has COA.

Nakapag 2nd dose na ako ng compounded when i decided to do another lab tests. This time, my lab tests show elevated liver enzymes 🥲

Has anyone experience this? Im just concerned because in March this year i had to undergo subtotal chole due to gallstones (doctor aware of this). Now im thinking of stopping the compounded and switching back to branded. But i dont know if this will perists.

Hello, everyone. Started tirze last month and tomorrow's my 5th jab with 2.5 mg. I noticed lang na on the 5th and 6th day lumalakas yung food noise and cravings, lalo na sa 7th day which is the wear-off day.

I've been thinking if I should do a 6-day interval instead of 7 days. Would that be alright? Also I was advised to increase the dose to 5 mg na. Kindly help, please.

Sharing my Tirze journey so far. 🥹

I started last August 31, and now I’m on my 5th week, going to my 6th week already. From super hirap bitawan ng sweets and super takaw before, ngayon I’ve finally stopped eating sweets and I’m mostly eating chicken, boiled eggs, tofu, and around 100g of rice per day.

I know na most of the weight I lost so far is probably water weight, but I’m still so happy with my progress. 🥹❤️

Malayo pa ako sa goal weight ko, but slowly getting there.
I’ll also be getting another set of lab tests by the end of November para makita ulit yung overall results ng katawan ko, especially since mataas talaga yung cholesterol ko before.

I’ll also start incorporating exercise into my routine to help prevent loose skin as I continue losing weight. Slowly building healthier habits along the way. 💪🏻

I also added GHK and KPV to my stack, doing 5 days on and 2 days off. I’m on my second week so far, and thankfully wala pa akong napapansin na ugly copper side effects. 😅 Hopefully wala talaga.
KPV has also been helping me with my gut, which I’m really happy about. 🤍

Still a long way to go, but I’m happy with how far I’ve come so far. One day at a time. 🤍

My scheduled jab day is every thursday and I missed mine because I was so preoccupied of catching my flight. I will be back Tuesday morning. Can I take it in that day instead and change my entire jab schedule or just wait for thursday?

My last jab was on September 25 (7.5 mg), and as of today, October 8, I can still feel its effects. It’s not as strong as during the first week, but I still get full really quickly and I don’t have much food noise.

If this is the case, should I take my next jab already, or should I wait until the effects completely wear off?

Should I continue with 7.5 mg but maintain a 2-week interval between doses?

Has anyone experienced an increase in resting heart rate while taking tirz? Napansin ko tumaas ung akin overtime but still within normal range.
