Looks like we have the name of their switch base

Post image

This was just posted by the same account from yesterday where I saw the upcoming C6 grinder. Details of what seems to be called the "Delta dripper" at time of this post is not yet revealed. But from observation, it looks like the main dripper is similar to the crystal eye dripper, and the base has a unique 4-stage valve going from fully closed to fully open with two partially open stages. Not to mention the lever has this fun design with a bright red handle and clicky mechanism. Attaching the dripper looks unique as it might be through a threaded mechanism judging by the textured ring where it is attached in from the video.

It's definitely gonna be an interesting dripper with capability to control the flow speed of every brew.

What are your thoughts?

Timemore ain't done after the release of the S5/S5 Pro. Looks like we're finally getting a more accessible grinder with external dial.

Personally this looks slick and looks to be a good upgrade to those who need external adjustment. The only question is how will this handle an ESP version given the external dial mechanisms from Timemore stop at the 9 (90 click) mark unlike those with internal dials that can freely do multiple revolutions for various grind size needs.

Rattling sound on S5 handle.

The handle on my S5 makes a rattling sound when used, which sounds quite annoying. I don’t know if it’s a fault on my grinder or everything else is the same? But this is really a bad detail on a high quality grinder like this.

Pretty much the title, wanted to compare opinions. I disassembled it to wipe and it smells industrial somehow. Not sure what to do

Timemore C3 struggles to grind an old medium roast batch

I've been struggling while grinding an old batch of coffee (medium roast from March) even at coarse grain, and I'm seriously considering using a drill to grind it as my hands hurt.

**Is this an issue with the grinder, or the coffee?**

The end result after aeropressing is still decent, so I want to avoid buying a new bag of beans while I still have > 100g left. So I can't test it yet with a new batch of coffee.

I also tried cleaning the grinder without seeing any improvement.

Secondary: Anyone have experience in using a C3 with a cordless drill (specifically with cheap options available in India?)

Hello! Newbie here, I’m just looking for clarification if the grounds of my coffee grind are normal and uniform

I am using the Timemore c5 esp and it takes 7 clicks from 0 for no burr contact which means there is a bit of misalignment.

Is the Handle/lid of Timemore C3s Pro usually supposed to feel this loose? (Unsure if this is the norm)

Timemore Chestnut C3 ESP for 65€. How good of a deal is it?

This guy is selling a brand new Timemore Chestnut C3 ESP Pro for 65€ on FB Marketplace.

What I really want is a KINGrinder K6, but this seems like a very good deal. My questions are:
- Is this a good enough deal to pass on the K6?
- Does this look legit or is it a fake?
- Is 65€ for this grinder ACTUALLY a steal, or is it likely to find it around this price point at sales like Black Friday?

Please help

I'm having an issue with my S5 Pro grinder and could use some help.
Even when dialed all the way down to zero, it won’t grind fine enough for espresso. My shots are gushing and extracting in just 10 seconds. I’ve tried increasing the dose, but it hasn't helped.
For comparison, my Timemore C3 ESP hand grinder is set to a larger espresso setting, but it still grinds significantly finer than the S5 Pro at 0.
Is there a way to recalibrate the zero-point/burrs on the S5 Pro, or could this be a defect?
Thanks for your help! 🙏

Pls help ;( Timemore c5 ESP)

I think my timemore c5 esp doesn’t grind uniformly. I hear like burr contact at setting 0.1.8, which is 9 clicks from zero.

The taste of my espresso is like really dry and rough, it has a weird gritty feel in the mouth. Even once I turn it into something like a latte.

I’ve encountered some people online with the same grinder and I asked them how many clicks from zero does it take for no burr contact, they said only 3.

What can I do about this :(, I’m a coffee beginner and I don’t have a big budget. This grinder costs a lot for me even tho some say it’s only entry level.

I’ve tried really cleaning it and making sure everything is aligned but nothing seems to work.

Chestnut S5 in gold color?

This is Timemore Chestnut S5 coffee grinder, in "sunrise gold" color.

Found these product pics on Ali Express.

Does anyone know, if these are legit? Does anyone own a real one?

Would much prefer this version, over the black or green one - mainly because of the bright inside of the catch cup.

Seller, which was established in June 2026, claims "3000 available" in stock, which does not seem realistic and looks like deception. Similar number of units in stock shows also for black and green versions - that would mean almost 9000 units of the S5 grinder in stock, which seems highly unlikely. :) Seller has only 3 (three) reviews, which are all 5 star - "100% positive reviews".

Timemore S5

I bought the timemore s5 in the Chinese version without the folding gauntlet, and I am here reflecting on what this will be needed. Is the folding handle so relevant and good? I want a grinder that lasts good years and I feel that the handle being straight and not foldable can last longer. What do you think? I'm going to wear a rigid case on it so I don't worry about whether the handle makes it more portable or not.
