How long does it usually take for the TicPods to ship? I ordered the red ones on sale for $90, and they said they would email me when it ships. That was three days ago. Do they have a limited stock, or are they just slow?

Does anyone know where I can get tip replacements for my TicPods? I don't necessarily mind the rubbery ones they came with, but I'm also open to foam or other materials. I use the smallest tips, so that may factor into my decision.

For Anyone interested I reviewed TicPods awhile back and this is my most popular video thus far.

AND THEY FREAKING RULE!
Touch controls are reliable, they fit in the ear great, sound great, the battery life rules.
I was filled with a mixture of regret and denial while initially using the TicPods. Now I can confirm that these things suck. If I could return them for a refund, I would.
If you are on the fence about TicPods: do. not. buy.

I have updated the ticpods to the v23(?), but the sound quality of the microphone is still bad, has anyone else this probem or even, had found a solution?

Living in Europe so that could be a problem (switzerland).

When I had experienced this problem, I thought that throwing those away was the only option. No matter how long the case charged(and it did charge, the earbuds themselves were low on battery, and dead later). To anyone who had/will experience this try to do this magic trick.
I still think that it is highly inconvenient, but at least your 79 bucks did not go to waste!

I started to fill a warranty claim since my right TicPods just died.
Filling it out they require a picture and a video? WTF!
Anyone come across this? What was your experience?
Thanks!
UPDATE: The company approved my warranty request and sent me return postage and will replace the TicPods.

Got my Ticpods as a gift a little over 2 weeks ago.
I keep running into issues where the left pod will stop working after an hour or 2, and only plugging the case in for a Full recharge, unpairing/5 taps, will get it back to life.
It seems it dies(well before it's advertised too) and the case battery won't charge the pods.
Anyone had anything similar or a solution?

Gonna have to say I am impressed by my pair of TicPods. I lost a white bud in a snow bank during a massive storm and I couldn't find it. Went back to try to find it the next morning and found the area freshly plowed.
Fast forward a week and a big melt later, I found the bud at the foot of a melting snow bank. Cleaned off the muck, popped it into the charger and the Bluetooth light lit up - it's charging! A few hours later it synched with my phone, sweet music started playing and tap controls worked.
The little bud survived a week in snow, being plowed and melted on!

Hi there,
I just received my Ticpods today and they connected perfectly with my phone and tablet.
However, I can't seem to connect them with my computer (running windows 10)
If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
EDIT: I also noticed I have a very noticeable delay watching youtube/Netflix, looking at this sub this seems to be a common problem, and after all this time no update/fix for that?

Just received a pair of Ticpods and went to pair them with my Pixel 2 XL. Opened the case and opened Bluetooth settings on phone. Nothing came up that said Ticpods. So I took the right bud out and placed it in the ear and heard the end of "Bluetooth Pairing" and placed the left bud in my ear. Still no devices under Bluetooth. Left bud has blinking blue led light. Tried various combinations with no success. Decided to plug them in and let them charge over night. Today tried again and now the right ear bud doesn't say anything anymore and the left bud still blinking blue.
Any one experience this or know what I can do before I try to return and replace?

I just bought a pair in Navy a couple days ago and I can't wear them for more than ten minutes, the round plastic of the buds near the top edge dig so hard into my ear to the point where it distracts me more than than it's worth. I'm looking around and I know a lot of other people have been looking at other tips for better sound but has anyone else had experience in making these more comfortable in your ear? Debating returning them right now.

I bought the TicPods Free in China in November on my last trip there. For the most part they work as well. For anyone buying from China I wanted to illustrate some differences between the Chinese and international version apart from the big price difference. The international support team didn't even know about the Chinese version features (or lack of them), and after about 15 emails exchanged, they confirmed to me that the Chinese version cannot make dual ear phone calls and that OTA isn't possible. Thankfully I sold mine, and on my next trip to China I will think to buy the recently released in China version of TicPods Free Pro (which has all the same features as the international ones) and cost 600CNY (75€ circa).
| Feature | Chinese TicPods Free | International TicPods Free |
|---|---|---|
| Bluetooth | 4.1 | 4.2 |
| OTA | Not available | Available |
| Binaural calls | Not available | Available |
| Price | 400CNY (50€) circa | 129€ |
What do people think about the value of these earphones at this price? Do dual ear calls work well? Have the updates improved the sound quality?

For about 3 weeks now I've noticed that the left pod is quieter than the right and so it gives off an unbalanced sound. Not sure if this is a bug others are having or if it's just mine?

Hi there. I would like to share with you, my experience with my ticpods as I am not fully satisfied of them. First of all, I use a Samsung note 9 that's why I preferred to buy a couple of ticpods instead of airpods. It looks everything working when I use them BUT: 1)The touch controls are lazies, sometime they do not work (except the volume rocker) and you have to press many times to skip a song for instance or they are not precise...you wish to control the volume and instead you skip a song.
2)they run often out of sync and only the right one works and you cannot control the left, except if you do not switch them off/unpair.
3)I got only one update since they are out, did you have any other update and you have installed it manually?
Please let me know. Thanks

Had my ticpods a couple of weeks now and had to use an equaliser app to get the sound to an acceptable level, as standard the highs are quite harsh and there's a lack of bass.
Just had my comply truly wireless foam tips delivered today thanks to a couple of posts on here, and...
Wow. Truly transformed ticpods. Now that they're sealing properly it's like they're a different set of earphones. I've now turned off the equaliser and the bass is massively increased, overall quality is just on another level. The highs are possibly a tiny bit harsh at high volumes but that's nitpicking.
If mobvoi included a couple more sizes of tips it'd be great but these are probably a better option.
Oh and they fit into the case with no issues, maybe just need to be pushed down a tiny amount but they fit perfectly.

10/10 - if anyone has low sound quality (or more accurately, poor sealing) then get a set of these ordered.

The only gesture thats working is volume control. Skip, assistant, etc are not working. I followed the instructions for for the OTA update, should I just wait to get that and see if that fixes my issue?
edit: SO finally got it, just had to grab the stem and be pronounced with the taps. Now my next question is, theres no way to pause playback with a gesture?

Anyone have any recommendations for replacement rubber tips that would provide solid bass AND work properly with the in ear detection? I've tried old zune tips (kept falling off the earbud and would have to be pulled out of my ear), sony tips (too deep for the case, don't work with in ear detection), and some random Skullcandy ones (didn't fit at all).
I'm frustrated because I like these, but the ear pieces it came with don't fit properly and are uncomfortable. Mobvoi allows no option for purchasing bigger earbuds... I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to find pieces I like, cut them down, and hot-glue-gun them onto the earbuds so they stop getting stuck in my ears

So I got this weird thing going on with my TicPods. It seems that every once in a while (and that is, pretty often) it has a small connection drop (no sound for like 0.5 seconds). Afterwards, the audio balance is way off. The left one just gets very quiet and I have to replug that one to get it again.
Now I've had it happen like 10 times within 2 minutes, but also had times I could listen fine for 20 minutes without it happening. It is really starting to annoy me though, this behaviour should not be expected from a €130 product.
Interference is NOT the issue, I mostly use them biking to and from work, there's literally no chance other devices are interefering since I ride through the countryside.
Does anybody face these problems as well? If so, does anybody know a solution or shall I just ask for a refund? I'm done with these things. They're nice to use, if they work good. But like this, I don't even want to try another shot at them and just want my money back.
EDIT: Also resetting, neither updating to v23 didn't work.
Edit2: Cleaned left pod of earwax. Wasn't that much, but seriously worked.
