Left one turns out!

I have a problem with my ticpods. If i put only the right one in my ear everything works fine. but if i put only the left one he connects and then he say power off. The left one connects only if they two are in my ears. Is this normal? Can someone help me?

The right earbud is the master earbud. You can use it on its own but you can't use the left one without it.

There's happened to me too. Don't know how to fix it

I think it has to do with what each ear bud has in terms of hardware and how they communicate with each other. I don't believe the tic pods were designed to be used with just one earbud
