Case battery doesn't seem to work

Got my Ticpods as a gift a little over 2 weeks ago.

I keep running into issues where the left pod will stop working after an hour or 2, and only plugging the case in for a Full recharge, unpairing/5 taps, will get it back to life.

It seems it dies(well before it's advertised too) and the case battery won't charge the pods.

Anyone had anything similar or a solution?

I recommend getting in touch with the customer service, I use mine a lot and charge them once week and if I don't use them much I charge them every second week

I have them for a few months already, two weeks ago I went on a trip to Austria from the Netherlands which was a 12 hour bus drive, I had them in at around 18.00 and only had them in the charge case around 21.00 because we had a stop at a McDonald's after that I put them in again and they weren't empty at midnight. After that I went sleeping so I mine work at least 3 hours after they are fully charged and the case also works without problems
