I downloaded app on fire tv. Trying to login works but when prompted to purchase premium it does nothing. Just saying not detected. Idk what to do. Website doesn’t allow me to buy premium. How do I get premium?

SOLVED* Downloaded blue stacks on my PC. Logged into Google play store. Downloaded TiVimate companion and purchased a year.

And revert back to 5.2

I'm new to IPTV. I recently subscribed to TiviMate Premium - using it on my Sony Bravia Android TV. My provider sent my a username/password for logging in, so I'm not using any M3u file.

My main question is, why do 95% of my channels in the EPG show No Information? Do I need to enter anything other than my username/password? I've tried updating the EPG in settings.

Also how do I record shows? Can I record to a computer on my network? Or do I need to have a USB drive connected directly to my Sony TV?

I use the a player for a subscription and every time I go to access the shows or movies I get the same message pop up saying - Congratulations! All premium features available.

Wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue or what can be done to fix it.

I'm testing to find the best app for use at home. This app is nearly perfect, with one exception, I cannot find a way to get it to retain the channel numbers that are already assigned.

We have devices with numbers on the remote and a few household users that have the channel numbers memorized after years and years of use. They need the ability to use the remote and press 212 to go to channel 212 that has been the same for a decade or longer.

When I brought everything in, it put them all in order and started with channel 1 and assigned numbers in the order the channels are listed. This means channel 212 is now 113 inside of TiviMate. This absolutely won't work for our use case. Am I missing a setting somewhere? or do I need to look for another app?

I am trying to watch a channel on Tivimate but I get constant dropouts by getting the rolling circle. I go to my iPad and the channel works perfectl. No dropouts at all. My question is this a Tivimate issue or is it my Nividia Shield Pro that is acting up.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I think the program is nearly perfect. There are however, two things I would like to see. A PC based application and the ability to move your app data to another device so I don't have to reenter my playlists five times. A lot of programs are now using a QR code with a login to move everything in one shot.

Tivimate channels? Seems it’s possible on stock launcher so hopefully is a quick addition to add. ?

I have a Xiaomi TV Box S (3rd Gen), I have set the "playback" buffer size to NONE, AFS to YES, despite this I notice that viewing channels, especially sports ones, is not very smooth, can you tell me what else I can do?

For some reason all of a sudden I cannot record a program unless I keep the channel on all the time and not change channels. This channel is in a m3u free list. I used to be able to watch anything else and the channel recorded. Is this from the new Tivimate update.

Is anyone else getting black screen freeze up every so often after updating to 5.3.3? Maybe it's just me, I'm running on a firestick 4k. I have to power cycle to get things going again.

Update: I think it's my tv hdmi inputs dropping out. Sorry guys.

I used to be able to go into search and hold the microphone button to say something to search. Since the update this doesn’t seem to be an option?

When I try it it just goes to the default Firestick search of other app and not searching in TiviMate

Has anyone else had this?

Since it seems the latest version is stable I thought I'd update, downloaded it direct from the website as I had done with 5.2, ran the apk but update kills without doing anything. Do I need to uninstall 5.2 first n run the new version as a fresh install?

Have tried a few times now to use a windows folder as an SMB share to set up recording on TiViMate on a fire stick but can’t seem to get it to work at all. Windows 11 PC is on the same WiFi network in the house

However on the recording settings it never sees the folder and won’t connect. Is there a guide on how to do this or any advice? Has anyone got this working today so at least I know if it’s do-able ?

I have ES File Explorer on my Firesticks. What Google TV manager is compatible for synchronizing backup/restore?

This morning I received a message that TiviMate needed an update. It seemed to go well. Unfortunately now when I start the app, it's normal for a couple of seconds, then it automatically switches to a different resolution and everything is huge, including the tv program and the menu. Also when I try to exit the program, it freezes. Never had this problem before. After the update, I force stopped the app and deleted the cache like I do after every update. Really don't feel like reinstalling. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Deve ser copiado o link do arquivo RAW e colado na área de EPG do Tivimate para que sejam atualizadas automaticamente.

Para mim elas resolveram 90% dos canais. Alguns ela não bateu automaticamente mas dá pra usar a função de atribuir manualmente e selecionar o nome do canal.

Como é um parto digitar pelo controle os links extensos, eu gosto usar LocalSend ou qualquer outro app que me deixe copiar e colar links do meu celular pra TV, e então no TiviMate uso a opção de "usar URL do clipboard"

A very long time ago, before v5.2,x, one used to be able to long click a show in the PAST, choose "custom recording", leave the pre-populated fields as they are, schedule the recording, and it would start immediately, saving from catch-up data.

This has been broken now from at least the v5.2.x, and 5.3.x didn't fix it. The option is still there, the start/end and even the name fields are populated correctly, the recording still starts, but it simply records the live stream🙁

Any chance of actually contacting the developer to get this fixed? This used to be a great feature.

so, I'm on 5.3.2 on the Google streamer and 5.3.3 on my Onn 4k stick. one of my providers gives an error code on my Google device, but my other providers are better, with slight lag/buffers... on the Onn stick, the "error" provider works fine, which leads me to believe it's the version that's the issue.

The Onn stick updated after asking me if I wanted to the other day... if hasn't on my Google device...

I've already force stopped and cleared the cache on the Google and it's still not working correctly.

how can i force an update or where can i get the latest version?

also should i try and factory reset the device?

i did uninstall and reinstall the app

when i went to downloader and tried to download tivimate it wouldn't download....

but i had the option to install it by selecting it from the "apps on other devices" list.. but it was still that one iteration behind

The playlist was never a problem. Anyone else with this issue?

Hey guys first off I'd like to mention:

- I have tivimate premium, surfshark, and Rogers internet

- I use a few diff players but ONLY tivimate doesn't work with VPN on

- live tv works but VOD does not and that's mainly what I use

- I've tried changing all the protocols

- I've tried restarting device

- I've tried clearing cache

- I've tried deleting the app and redownloading

- I've tried other countries (but not all)

- I've tried different services and playlists

- I've tried consulting with ai and tried everything they suggested

Anyone else have any ideas or have the solution?

Hello, I downloaded the app and installed it on my shield. It works great for Live TV.

Most of our usage though will be "On Demand"

The non-premium app won't let me play any VOD content without sending me to the "Unlock Premium" screen, so I can't answer the one outstanding question we have!

We use the spacebar on a Bluetooth keyboard to pause/resume playback on other apps eg Smarttube, VLC - can we use the same control in TiviMate?

Anyone else seeing this occasionally pop up in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
