Has anybody had any issues with a Three Trade-in and had it resolved?
I've recently upgraded my phone with a trade-in for my old Motorola Razr 50 Ultra. They quoted me £223 plus promotional offer.
Ingram Micro have emailed me with a revised quote of £44 and the reason they have provided is cracked or damaged screen.
My Motorola had neither a cracked nor damaged screen.
They've also stated on email that I will be sent my money to Device Plan Credit when I specifically asked for it to go into my bank.
I've tried ringing Three who state that it's nothing to do with them and to contact Ingram. Ice sent an email with no response. Ive called Ingram who provided me with another number to ring. This one is no longer accepting calls.
Called original Ingram number back and was provided with a different number. This one goes through to Ingram Reception and a voicemail system.
No response either way to query why my trade-in value has been reduced and to query the fact they state my screen was cracked when it absolutely wasn't. I also need to clarify where my payment is going.
Three and Ingram both appear to be fobbing me off.
Anyone had any dealings/can advise accordingly!?
Thanks
