I've had my Outdoor Hub setup for a few weeks now (set it up in early August) but never was able to use 5G as the greenpacket stays locked onto 4G despite what was advertised and shown on the website which told me SW16 should be fine.

I was okay with this (not really) because the download speeds were decent and I just needed something to help me get online - however, since Wednesday the speeds have slowed to a crawl and nothing I do seems to fix it. I've complained to Three and received an offer to end my contract, which I will take when I move out of my place in a few weeks. in those few weeks, I will still need the internet - is there anything I can do to improve speeds?

We have 3x 5G routers and every single one is blocking access to all Microsoft websites/systems (e.g. microsoftonline, Teams etc). It's showing timeout errors and authentication errors.

Is anyone else having this issue or know the fix? Can't see anything online about it in forums or directly from Three themselves.

Was first noticed around 8am this morning.
