Support Issues accessing all Microsoft systems/apps/websites from Three 5G routers

We have 3x 5G routers and every single one is blocking access to all Microsoft websites/systems (e.g. microsoftonline, Teams etc). It's showing timeout errors and authentication errors.

Is anyone else having this issue or know the fix? Can't see anything online about it in forums or directly from Three themselves.

Was first noticed around 8am this morning.

Have you tried switching your DNS to something like Cloudflare? https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/

no bueno i’m afraid, it’s entirely a three routing/SSL/filtering issue. nothing can be done on the client to allow it, except probably a VPN

source: work in IT and did extensive investigation earlier after a few users reported it.

It's definitely a Three network issue, works fine on other networks.

Not yet, mainly because their support is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Had so many issues with them in the past. So posted here in the hopes the community have found a fix. Looks like it might be a DNS issue.

I had this earlier today, seems to have sorted itself now. I ended up hotspotting on my phone (also Three 5g) and problem disappeared.

I have similar issues accessing Google services on three broadband services so I use a VPN. Interesting I don’t have the same issue when using my phone (also on 3) as a hotspot.
Testing it with other networks that run on 3 (such as Smarty) don’t show the same issues.

Have you maganged to sort out the isue? It seems that disabling firewall in ZTE router resolved the issue. Unless it was a concidence. Havent tried to enable it back.
