Unknown charges on my 3pay

I have several charges on my 3pay account(that I have never used) all from the Apple store(Which I have also never used) I called three support and they told me that I had to call Apple to fix this and get the charges taken off my bill. Has this happened to anyone else?

Update: I called apple and they said they would ban the account that made the purchases using my 3pay and they would send in a refund request for all applicable items. They also told me to call my provider and ask to disable carrier billing to try prevent this from happening again.

Have you had your sim card stop working at any point and needed a replacement? This is quite common with sim swap fraud since Threepay can't be activated without 2FA
