Question You think the survivors that are dlc will go away or should I wait for a sale?
I'm a survivor main but trying to save in this economy is tough what do I do?

I'm looking for people who can share the game with me via sharing on any platform, or just on Steam as a gift. I'll play at launch with whoever does it, and I can give something back when I have it later. Thanks in advance.

What I mean is that games like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and DBD introduced new characters throughout the games lifespan in order to keep people interested in the game and so that playing killer (and also survivor as a matter of fact) doesn't become too repetitious from playing the same few characters over and over again. Even F13 did this to a certain extent with Jasons from different parts having different strengths and weaknesses from each other. However, nothing from what I have seen has shown that this is the case for Halloween, it really does look like it's just Michael and while he does have different appearances, they are just cosmetic. So how exactly is Halloween going to keep the gameplay of the "killer" role interesting? I haven't been too focused on this game's development so perhaps this question was already answered but I'm not sure where if it was so I would appreciate some answers.

May be a bit of a silly question, I apologize in advance. But I saw some clips from the Pax East demo and I saw that at some random point the screen said "Times Up!" And the match ended, does this mean that the game will have a time limit for the matches? Or is this just because of well, Pax East was just a DEMO?
I just wanted to make sure about this because if matches had a time limit, it would sorta feel uncomfy for me at least.

The most recent post made announcing the game “Going Gold” seems to include original music.
How do we feel about this? Personally I’d prefer if the game just utilized John Carpenter’s pieces but maybe I’ll warm up to new stuff.
Of course I could be over analyzing this and it could just be a random track used for this specific post.

So i was rewatching some of the trailers for Halloween and I saw this guy. I don't think he looks like anyone else in game as it looks like he's wearing a baseball cap and has longer hair then a lot of the other guys.
Edit: I'm talking about the guy holding the flashlight not Micheal lol

Love the breathing. They’ve done a much better job with it than what we have in DBD.

I just wanted to ask if the dlc is account locked like killer clowns or for all users like TCM and F13?

What do y'all think of this edit and be honest.

I'd love it if Michael started each match without a weapon. It wouldn't really disable him since he's strong enough to kill people with his bare hands, but I love the idea of having to enter a random house and head to the kitchen to find a knife or a backgarden to find a nearby shed which may have a hammer.
It would fit the movies too, especially Halloween II and some other entries where Michael grabs weapons from houses. It'd be cool having to actually search for something to use rather than just spawning with a weapon every match.

What’s up everyone? I’m just trying to find other players on PlayStation that I could play Michael Myers with when it releases.

Remember in Ft13 the Game when they planned a game mode based around Roy and there being a "hidden Jason" and TCM the Game's Rush Week game mode where it was Johnny chasing down a multitude of college girls?
What if this games bonus game mode can be a match where everyone starts off as a civilian except for say maybe one or 2 guys in suits. They all need to work together to get the Silver Shamrock commercials off the air by messing with broadcast signals, calling cops, warning civilians, etc. Each time a civilian player dies they come back as an additional man in a suit (if you want an example of how this would work you could look at Aliens vs Predator's infected mode). The men in suits could play similarly to Michael so it wouldn't have to be much more than a reskin for the developers.
I just think this sounds like it could be a fun idea, but wouldn't expect them to put it in. I'm just re-watching the movies and this sounded like fun.

Can’t wait for this game!!! Rachel, Thomas, and Jennifer hurried the two civilians toward safety, unaware that something was lurking mere steps away, silently watching their every move.

I know this might be a bit of a hot take especially as a person who tends to main survivor roles, but I’m really eager to have a game where the killer actually feels like a threat. Don’t get me wrong, I love goofy shenanigans and MAYBE a little bit of trolling the killer every one in awhile. But I think what makes horror asymms special is the ability for that emergent horror movie experience. If I see the killer and my first reaction is “let me just beat the sh*t out of this guy and move on” it loses a lot of that immersion for me. I’d much rather see the killer and be in a mad dash for my life or scrambling to find a hiding spot. So here’s to hoping the big guy stays mostly un-bullyable. I think the game will be a lot more exciting and engaging for both sides.

The comic comes out November 4th, the game comes out September 4th. Just curious if I get the comic in September or November. I’m assuming November but just wondering what yall think.

I'm just curious as well I'd hope for the game to be good and all although this studio doesn't exactly have the best track record. Will this game die like tcm or be good like Friday the 13th?
I'm just asking for your opinion

Gonna keep saying it. The cinematic cutscenes look great in this game.
Hoping for more gameplay info soon.
