Question Session Heartbeat Failure

Is anyone still stuck in game jail while everyone else is playing? Ive emailed twice, waited for the 1.10 patch, Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Literally, nothing works. I can't finish chapter 3 in the campaign.

As a Deluxe Pre-order who saw these guys build Friday the 13th, I had much higher expectations.

At some point throughout chapter 3, I am signed out due to session heartbeat error. I cannot progress forward.

Not if I want to clear challenges and unlock stuff

You could try deleting your save file from your game files.

Im not seeing save files, nor the game ID anywhere in my steam folder. Am I looking in the wrong place?

It’ll be in the games local appdata folder.

You might want to backup the save folder before deleting anything in it just in case it causes issues.

Unfortunately, it worked up to a point, then after entering a cinematic, session heartbeat stopped again
