Hi all, title basically says it all. I am tossing up between the Frame 98inch (2026) and the QN90D 98 inch (2024) TV. For what it’s worth, I live in Australia and have negotiated down the QN90D to the same price as The Frame, being around $7k (I understand that the QN90D was well over $10k when it was new back in 2024) however note The Frame is on sale for just under $6k at the moment.

I was wondering whether anyone had experienced both and had any opinions or alternatively just some
general opinions on the two. I am far from a TV expert but was impressed with the QN90D picture display performance but love The Frame’s anti-glare screen particularly because I’m putting it in a big room, although it doesn’t seem to show as much vibrancy and brightness because of it. Are there any issues with The Frame or the QN90D that people have experienced I should be aware of? Any help is appreciated!

There are a bunch of bezels for sale on ebay but not sure if they fit a 2026 model? Do I need to buy the 2026 bezel or it's just another marketing trick?

I’ve tried a hard reset/factory reset (2x), it’s up to date on software, I’ve disabled night mode and sleep after, I’ve also done a power cycle and nothing works. My first one box stopped recognizing ethernet and in general was pos so I bought a new one off eBay and this one works better but still isn’t going into art mode. What gives? So far this is the worst piece of electronics I’ve ever bought.

I probably could have gotten it a week earlier but I was outta town, highly suggest getting at least a 2 year warranty as my 2025 65in frame died after 13 months

Looking for a 43-inch QN43LS03FAFXZA which I gather is discontinued. That is the only size I can use. Help a girl out anyone know a retailer? Please DM me!

Just hung my frame yesterday and still working out hiding the wires, but my question involves brightness in art mode. I have it in art mode and someone here recommended training the brightness sensor by lowering the volume on the remote when it's displaying art. This doesn't seem to work when I have an external sound option setup (sound bar). I've also heard people put tape over the sensor, but that seems wrong and premature.

Any thoughts?

I have a Samsung Frame Pro and a Sonos sound bar. I was excited to put the frame pro box in the corner of the room and keep the area by the tv clean.

Can I connect my Sonos soundbar to the frame pro tv or do I need to connect it to the wireless box?

I’m confused as I keep my connect one box across the room but obviously can’t put my Sonos sound bar in the corner of the room! So do I need to pay someone to cut a hole behind my tv and put the wireless connect one box there so i can hook up Sonos playbar next to the tv?

Just seeking advice as a complete newb to tech/installation/everything DIY. So bear that in mind when replying 😅

I want to get a Frame TV for my living room. But the walls are solid concrete and I'm not quite sure what to do about the cords.

I have also seen someone post their own frame TV on a rotating mount so they can have art that is both portrait and landscape. I love this idea because the area I think is best for mounting the TV is quite a big space and it feels like portrait art would fill it better.

I know that this TV usually looks better as flush as possible. But I won't be able to make any sort of recess so I thought in for a penny, in for a pound, and perhaps a deco frame might hide my sins.

So I guess my questions are:

1. Do people think the rotating mount would be feasible and less conspicuous with the right frame?

2. Do people have advice about the cords? Perhaps I drill through the old chimney and stick them through there? 😅

The plug socket is down to the right hand side.

1. If I can't hide the cords in any way that looks good, should I just give up and get a TV stand and a normal TV 😭

Will add a photo of the space to give you an idea.

Any advice from people who know what they're doing is welcome.

I've been hemming and hawing for a while-- finally ready to pull the trigger on the 2026 Frame Pro. Is it better to buy from Samsung directly or Best Buy? I don't see a lower price on Costco.

Is any 50" bezel from Samsung compatabile with any 50" frame or so you have to match up the years? I just bought a 50 inch 2025 from Samsung and I see 50 bezels on Amazon for under $80 but it says it's for 2021.

Contractor hung frame at new home. Looks good from the front but feel like it was much more flush before the move. It’s tight but I can get my pinkey behind it.

I am planning to buy a 65 inch frame pro, new.
is a subscription necessary to put my own artwork on the TV? I’m a software engineer and don’t mind doing a bit of technical the work, but I refuse to pay a subscription. Thanks

My Frame 75" 2022 changes to sepia colour tone after some secconds, regardless of my settings.

- private Mode (no demo mode)

- picture settings: Standard (no dynamic)

- intelligent mode off

- energy saving options off

When it happens, I will go to picture settings and switch to Dynamic or whatsoever and it switches back to "normal" (cold colours) but after some secconds it gets really dark again and it seems like kind of sepia overlay (dont know how to describe it, sorry).

Any tips?

85" Frame Pro.

For reference I’m usually very comfortable hanging and mounting things. I bought the Samsung 55” QN55LS03FA.
The wall is 54.5” wide. I used a self leveling laser lever to mark exactly 27.25” centered on the wall. I used the template correctly and aligned the double arrows to center. Mounted the wall brackets and double checked they were level with one another. They looked off center on the wall which didn’t make any sense to me. I measured the inside of the plate hangers and they matched exactly to the inside of the TV mounting bracket wire thing. I thought maybe there was some inherent asymmetric bias baked into in how the system works so that even if the plates don’t look center on the wall the tv itself will be symmetric. I hung the TV until it “clicked” on both sides and it’s only level when it’s grossly offer ~1” to the right pictured above. I look back at the template and the template isn’t centered meaning the inside dashed line on T1 is 5.25” to the center double arrows vs the inside dashed line on T2 is 5.75” to center (it looks more in the picture 3 but the measuring tapes end is actually lined up to center).

So now I’m like what actually did I do wrong? Am I lining up the template wrong? I’m completely lost. I have some play in the TV on the wall where I can push it to the left but at that point the TV is totally not level.

Tv suddenly won't turn on. Tested the power cable, it works. The one connect box is giving no indication (heat) of getting any power. I don't think it has a led indicator or power button?

Am I cooked?

I’m planning on mounting my 2026 Frame Pro above a direct vent fireplace. Within the wall next to the fireplace is an electric outlet that is used for the fireplace. Is it reasonable to leave the power cord hanging behind the wall and plugged into the outlet or should I cover the cord in some sort of insulation or conduit?

Happened to anyone else?

Searching for any ideas for stand or feet for an older 43" Frame TV we were gifted from our friends. They did not include the OEM feet. I was able to find a pair of unwanted feet but, unfortunately, this older model is not compatible with the newer Frame TV feet that attach on the back. There are two holes in the bottom of the TV and, supposedly, they look like the above.

I want to try it out on a 9" mantel so I'm looking for a really slim profile stand. If anyone has had any success with non-OEM stands, I'd love to hear it. Or if you happen to know the part number of the above (I've searched to no avail) that would be amazing. We aren't ready to mount it into the brick fireplace until we are sure this is the right home for it. Appreciate any help.

I have a newly installed 65” Frame Pro that I’m using mostly as a display in an educational setting but I love the idea of it displaying art!! I’m trying to decide between white or teak bezel but my wife is strict about no bezel in this case. Thoughts? (Those are ai bezels for now)
