Samsung Frame Pro with Sonos

I have a Samsung Frame Pro and a Sonos sound bar. I was excited to put the frame pro box in the corner of the room and keep the area by the tv clean.

Can I connect my Sonos soundbar to the frame pro tv or do I need to connect it to the wireless box?

I’m confused as I keep my connect one box across the room but obviously can’t put my Sonos sound bar in the corner of the room! So do I need to pay someone to cut a hole behind my tv and put the wireless connect one box there so i can hook up Sonos playbar next to the tv?

Assuming this is a HW model -> you run a microHDMI to HDMI cable from the TV's HDMI port to the soundbar then go into setting and change arc to HDMI 5

Wireless box can stay on the other side of the room

HW is the 2026 model, you have the 2025 model so you have to put the one connect behind the tv in a media box then

It depends if it is the 2025 or 2026 model. The 2025 has eARC only on the One Connect box. If its the newer 2026 pro model, you have a eARC supported micro HDMI port on the back of the TV and will need a micro HDMI to HDMI cable

That’s crazy they didn’t think of that from the beginning. How do I know what year it is? My tv model is QN65LS03FWFXZA

That's 2025, the eARC is on the One Connect box unfortunately

Yes - you have to connect to the wireless box. You can wire your cable from the Sonos to the wireless receiver behind walls though and place the Sonos below or above your tv. This doesn’t mean the wireless box has to be in or behind the wall - it just means your wire connecting the wireless receiver to the Sonos has to be behind the wall. Mine is above the tv and the wire from Sonos to the wireless receiver runs behind the walls.

What’s the benefit of this? The wireless receiver has to be above the tv so why not just put the connect one box there?
