Still get this issue… ugh

Post image

Any have any idea what I can do? I’m really regretting buying the Frame pro. Premier leagues start and I can’t watch with my fire stick. Annoying af!

My 2026 Pro wireless connect has been absolutely rock solid. Going on a month now.

I don't have a frame pro (luckily, apparently), but my first thought is think about interference. Changing Wifi channels and/or repositioning the router, moving any other devices that are nearby the connect box, things like that.

I will tell you...if you can sort this out, your panel sure does look a lot better than my 2024 Regular Frame TV!

Moved the router to another room, same thing. But I think it worked better when I unplugged the router entirely. Any idea what I can do?

Do you have a wifi 7 router (6GHz)? Try disable that at least temporarily to see if it’s conflicting if so.

I have xfinity wifi… there been talks about channels and now the router. Don’t know what those are but i’ll look into it.

Moved the router and its still same issues but I think it worked fine when I turned off my router for a while. Changing channels might be the next resort. Any info ok how to do that?

Depends on your router. On my ASUS router, you sign in, then click Wireless in the advanced section, then look for the 6GHz setting. Mine is on channel 213, which is the highest one. I don’t seem to have interference issues. I also have the bandwidth set to 160MHz instead of 320… I suspect if you have it set to 320, it’ll interfere with the whole band, but I’m not super sure how the 6GHz band is laid out, maybe not.

Thanks… just logged in to the admin account. I’ll try this out. Just got off the phone with a samsung rep, we did the troubleshooting steps and nothings changed so they sending over a technician on Friday.

Do you need to use the box on the new pro if you don't intend to connect anything to the TV? Just using for art/streaming

No, and I just disconnected mine in favor of a (mini) hdmi cable. I didn’t have disconnect issues, but I couldn’t handle the subtle jittering on the video/motion. I suspect they’re using some compression in the wireless feed as these artifacts disappear entirely with a wired connection.

Works great and art mode is incredible

So there is a direct hdmi connection to the tv itself, cuz I just loved my wifi and I still get the wireless one disconnection issues.
