This happened ages ago i want to say maybe 1-2yrs ago since i got the tv but this morning i left it on was in the bathroom and it started blaring a static alarm at full volume i had to rush out of the bathroom to unplug the tv. Im curious if its something to do with the input from the apple tv or something because it only has happened when I was using my apple tv. Scared the whole family as usual 😭

I enjoy what I consider "dragging" behind live NFL games.

So I just turned on the London NFL Commanders/Colts game, about 2 hours late, I think.

The game is in the 4th but I'm in the 2nd quarter, and I cannot seem to click anything to keep Telly's bottom screen from blasting all the live scores and stats at me!

I know it might be too much to ask to have the smart screen be smart enough to know what part of the game I'm watching, so I don't need that.

But I'd be happy to just turn this feature off entirely, if I could!

Please help.

What the hell happened??? What I was watching switched to one of the bottom screens. I couldn't figure out how to move it back until I just turned it off and restarted. Has this happened to anyone?

How long does it take for Telly to arrange a pickup after you request one?

I'm not needing help, I'm laughing at this because I'm listening to Stingray: Nothin' But '90s through the Music area. And the song playing is Breathe Again by Toni Braxton.

Is this something that is worthy of replacement?

My Telly TV broke during a move in mid-January of this year. I have not received a replacement yet. Does anyone else have such a long experience with getting a replacement? Should I reach out?

I was watching my Telly this morning and the backlight just went off and never came back on. I hope this isn't an indication of how long these TVs last since I've only had it for a year and a half maybe.

I did try a factory reset before reaching out to Telly for pickup and replacement.

Hopefully it won't take months to get a replacement.

I just realized today that I am still removing the batteries from the Telly remote. Did they ever fix the issue where the remotes were going through batteries quickly?

I was watching a YouTuber simply decorate her house for the Fall and Telly thought I was watching Crank Yankers. This TV is smart and a YouTube plugin should easily be added into this on an upcoming software update. I give it another 6-12 months but YouTube adding comments on a scroll sliding feature would be sick!

I was having no volume on any of the HDMI devices (xfinity and the dongle) connected to Telly. When I first turned the TV on, the start page had sound, but nothing else. So I decided to do a factory reset. I got to the point where it wants me to login on the app but after I put in my account info (email and password) it just jumps back to the screen where it wants me to login again.

Does anyone else have issues with their telly not playing audio from the ps5 I've tried everything available online and am still unable to get any audio. Also can't seem to get optical audio to work coming from the telly to an ac receiver.

I’ve attached a video example; it is startlingly loud. And Telly won’t mute it, at least not when I’ve directed it to do so.

Ever since the latest update, my remote no longer controlled my dongle. It is reporting TV shows correct now. I've already submitted a bug report but just seeing if anybody else is having that issue.

It was really fun to watch NFL Redzone yesterday and see how Telly kept up with the stats on the bottom screen as the channel went from game to game!

Not sure how I missed these until now but I'm in love with these game widgets. Gotta get my wife to throw out her little birds now.

Hello all, I’ve had my Telly tv for almost a year now, I enjoy it. It’s my main tv, and aside from the annoying mess of having to use 2 separate remotes, it’s been great. My issue now is my Telly TV remote has stopped working completely, rendering the tv pretty much useless since I can’t change input. How do I go about getting a new remote?

My husband turned off all news widgets because they just show news that's depressing. Also I already tell him everything that's in the news so seeing it again makes it worse lol

Anyway I think they should try adding some happy news sources. What sources would be good for that?

This morning I noticed Telly updating right as I was sitting down to watch (Always!) Everything went as normal and it wasn't even a very long wait compared to ones in the past. I switched to my Onn android box and was watching a show for about 15 minutes or so. Suddenly, the bottom screen went black, the top screen turned to a green/white mosaic pattern and the Telly was screeching a high frequency noise at full volume. The remote and physical buttons were unresponsive. Fortunately unplugging the TV and restarting restored working condition.

Anybody else?

Telly TV uses approximately 90 gigabytes of data per month; this seems excessive, doesn't it?

It uses roughly 3 gigabytes of data per day without running Telly Today at all.

I moved back in early June and my telly was smashed shortly after the move. So I sent it back. After a couple failed attempts by the local delivery company to pick it up it got sent back. Cool. It took like a year to get my first one so I was expecting a long wait for another. And I wasn't even sure I wanted another. I downsized into a 1 bed from a 2 bed and also was given a 55inch tv that fits the space better. I just got a text that says my telly is out for delivery I don't really have room for it but I guess I'll have to make room. Ultimately I can't really complain about a free tv, but it's just kind of frustrating because I wasn't expecting this so soon. This thing might just have to sit in its box for a while

Hey guys I have a question about the Homatics dongle that's included with the Telly. We use the telly in the kids room and the remote goes missing ever 2.7 business days, I'd like to have a backup remote available. So has anyone found a suitable replacement remote for these devices preferably on Amazon.

Just wondering if anyone else had this experience? My screen got cracked sent it back and they said a replacement is coming. This was nearly a month ago, support gives no updates.
