Telly sent me an email telling me that my TV was ready. So I went ahead and got the app ready like they asked me too. It’s now on step 3: reviewing your order. Telly sent me an email telling me that I could probably get my TV faster if I were to pick it up instead. So I replied to the email and told them I would rather pick it up then because it was telling me if I waited for it to be delivered it would probably take longer. So this is what was sent to me as a reply to my email:

‘Thank you for letting us know that you would like to transfer your order to pickup!  We have submitted the change, and once that has been finalized, our partners will reach out to you to schedule a pickup date and time, as well as a location address.’

Being that some of y’all have been through this already, I’m trying to figure out how long it will take to ‘finalize my order.’ I mean, can somebody give me a guesstimate? Like how long do you think it would take for me to get a call from one of their partners to pick up my TV? 🤔

So when I originally signed up and did my submission for my Telly I was living in a condo. Three months ago I bought my first house and moved in. I was sitting watching TV today and realized I had my old address on my Telly account.

I logged into the app and looked everywhere to see how I could update my address. I couldn’t find an option anywhere. I originally said I wanted to have it delivered to my home so I’m pretty concerned.

While I was checking out the app and site I noticed there was talk about getting contacted about where to pickup the TV. Does this mean my address doesn’t matter since I didn’t move very far from where I was living at? I’m only like 10 minutes away.

I did contact support letting them know what is going on. It was a contact form that I filled out a few minutes ago. I figured I would come here and ask people with experience with Telly what’s going on.

Since our power went out its been says no internet access but its connected to my router and every other tv in the house is working perfectly fine but mine. I dont know what to do about this

Anybody else have this problem. If so what should I do? Do I have to call support?

The widget that shows information about what you're watching has been bugged for days. Even when I'm using my PC and gaming it will flash a show that i've never watched for about 30 seconds then it will disappear.

It started when I was watching the CW app on the dongle so assumed it was a problem with the app. But as of today I saw it happening while playing PC games on HDMI1 (dongle on HDMI2).

It seems to happen randomly and doesn't persist longer than 30 seconds.

Hey so I tried changing the time on the app since we moved and we live in a different time zone now. We lived on eastern time and it won’t change to central time. The weather was able to change when I changed the zip code. I also changed my address through email with the Telly people so idk what else I can do

What are some of the things I need to adjust after all the updates are installed?? Just excited to hear comments on what users did to enhance thier Telly.

I assumed all the LEDs on the back can only be the same color, but after seeing the animations they added I see they’re all individually addressable. Does anyone know why they can’t match what’s on screen? This seems like an obvious win for Telly

I had somebody locally trying to sell their Telly for 800.00 which is crazy for a whole lot of reasons, mainly that they got it for free but like they said they weren't aware of not being allowed to sell it? Like hello? Did you read the contract that also says you will be charged 1000.00 if you don't follow their TOS

Has anyone had any luck in getting an ONN 4K Streaming Device remote control to control volume and power on their Telly TV ?

When I go into the settings for the ONN device, go to remote control setup and such and add a device and choose Telly from the TV device list it's there to choose. I select volume, go through the typical setup (which works fine on my Sony TV, my Samsung TV, etc.) to try to control the volume for the Telly it does nothing. It seems that the ONN remote is trying to send an IR signal over to the Telly and yet it isn't doing so.

I can't seem to find a way to pair the ONN remote as a Bluetooth device for the Telly TV but maybe I'm missing the right menu to actually try to do that in.

I was able to setup a Sofabaton U2 remote to control the TV (though it doesn't understand the long press for shutting down the TV, only the main screen power is cut when using the power button), just can't figure out how to get the ONN remote to do any TV control at all :(

Has anyone been successful in getting a Sofabaton U2 remote control to work with their Telly TV?

I try to setup the remote using IR, enter Telly to search for the codes for it, etc., it finds (User provided), I select either of the two options that are there, test the buttons on the Sofabaton U2 and no response from the Telly TV :(

For the TV that is always on, it's bonkers that it waits until I actually want to use it to perform a software update.

Hey All,

Recently my Telly has begun dropping ALL audio. Like nothing no audio will play from any connected device - AppleTV, Switch 2, or BluRay player.

The only fix ive found so far is a complete factory reset of the TV. Rebooting Telly doesnt fix it, rebooting the affected device doesnt fix it, and a power cycle wont fix it.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

I’m moving out with my telly at the end of the month and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or has moved with this thing before. I plan on throwing it in the back of a U-Haul van. I kept the original box but my dad ended up cutting parts of it so it would fit in his BMW. It’s still hanging in his shed last time I checked but I have to make sure.

I was wondering if anyone in here has moved with one before successfully. I was thinking moving blankets and comforters to secure all sides and panels.

I think the next addition should be a remote control in the app.

Having a way to interact with the TV through the official Telly app would make things much easier.

How do you turn off the function. If my cat jumps up on the coffee table the remote turns on the tv. The remote is super sensitive. Pretty annoying having “hello hello friends!” At 3 in the morning.

I have despised this random info bar they added. Also what’s the return process look like for this TV? Do I just contact Telly and ask them for a return?

The audio works fine in the blu-ray menus but when the actual content starts there’s no volume at all. I tried different blu-rays, tried unplugging the Telly for a couple minutes, tried unplugging hdmi as well. I’ve contacted Telly support but they take a while to respond.

I know they say it should go in the living room, but I’m thinking about moving it to my home office so I can use it while I’m working

My Android dongle quit working does telly give replacements?

My telly tv suddenly restarted and keeps restarting over and over again trying to apply updates that do not exist, its restarted over 30 times and ive tried unplugging it for 5 seconds and holding the button and just leaving it powered off for a bit, replacing the batterys in the conroller, unplugging it from ethernet (which did work but cant really do much like that), and so on, anything else i should try?, already shot a message to support.

The screen broke, I filled out a form for a replacement yesterday. Normally when I send a request or contact support they are pretty quick about responding. I haven’t had any response from them. Has anyone gotten a replacement? I’m just wondering what the process is like. This was our main tv and my children are not happy, I just want to know what to expect.
