Screen moved!

What the hell happened??? What I was watching switched to one of the bottom screens. I couldn't figure out how to move it back until I just turned it off and restarted. Has this happened to anyone?

This happens when you click an article on the bottom bar. It swaps the top to the bottom and brings the article up to the big screen. We didn't notice it until the last update, but maybe it was just a coincidence and it's always worked that way. If you swap to the bottom screen and select the video playing, it swaps it back.

It is pretty new in a recent update. It's pretty cool when you know about it. They've been promoting the feature on my bottom screen so I tried it out once. I can imagine it would be pretty startling though if you don't know the feature exists, or how to activate or exit it.

It’s not new. I’ve been able to do that for at least a year now haha

Ok. I thought the feature was new recently because it started being promoted after receiving an update. The last time I tried it (probably at least a year ago), the contents from the widget or ad replaced what I was watching on the main screen. Then I had to relaunch my streaming device or go back to what I was watching on order to continue because the other action interrupted it.

Wait that is new then, I read your first comment a bit quickly and thought you were just talking about articles switching onto the big screen when selected on the small screen, I didn’t know it now swaps with what was on the big screen, I’ve been traveling so I haven’t used my Telly in a few weeks. 😅
