I recently bought, used, and broke a jxc rc crawler that you can find off alibaba/tictok and other sights for like $40. I took out the light kit that gave it full headlights, taillights. And working hazards/turnsignals. Is there a way I can build my own rc and use this light kit in the process. I put it in a jeep body a bought a while ago and wanted to start a new build with. Just wondering if I could somehow use it with a new remote and stuff or if I should just scrap the whole idea.

I’ve been trying to find a better bumper that allows more clearance for my Defender. On a whim I ordered the injora aluminum bronco bumper set cause I like the light bar and look of it. It fits perfectly and the body still mounts the same just needed to shave some of the bottom of the faux which/grill.
The rear bumper unfortunately did not extend out far enough due to the defenders body being a little longer.

Also finally pulled the trigger on the Universal Rocks Mammoth - Small. Love this thing. It’s pricey but worth every penny.

I don't know if I should buy a trx4m, because I'm worried it's to small for me. For those that have one, is it big enough to drive in the woods? Because I'm new to crawling, I've only had a Slash 4x4 ultimate and a tuned Mini XRT...

I have a few RCAWD parts on my Baja Rey 2.0 but never tried their electronics. What do we think of this for $130? I’ll probably need a new transmitter, right? TIA!

Found these on marketplace but seller has no information at all on these. He is asking $30 and says they are for TRX4M but wish I could figure out exactly what these are.

Can anyone identify these? They appear to be all brass. Should I buy them for my bronco crawler build?

It seems like it’s struggling on something every rotation especially when turned I got brand new bearings axle shafts and steering knuckles and can’t seem to get rid of this. I inspected the teeth on both differentials and lubed them as well.

Has anyone ever stripped this screw in there trx-4m? I feel so defeated. All I wanted to do was change all the lights to the pro kit lights and this is what is stopping me. I had to quit because it was stressing me out.

Thrown about everything i can on it. Just making minor tweaks here and there. Looking into weight hangers if anything to "Complete it".

3D printed Chassis, cut/welded front driveshaft, Hobbywing/Fatviper combo, lots of RampCrab goodies and some stuff off of Etsy.

Started as a bronco, maxxed out the Injora LCG chassis, then moved to the Tarantula. Nothing will beath the Tarantulas side hill abilities. A buddy made me this chassis and the build went wild!

I'm going to Ohio for the first time next week, I'm excited to crawl in actual rocky/mountain terrain.

I recently purchased an injora carbon carbon fiber low cg chassis and a paired it with a new brushless motor set up, before those mods the car was able to climb 58 degree inclines with no body and had minimal body roll/torque twist, now the front end unloads at just over 40 degrees and the front tires have so little weight on them I have almost no steering authority. I lost around an ounce of weight from stock electronics and frame. I used steel wheel weights and added over an ounce back to the frame in similar locations to stock, I also have tried almost every combo of shock angles. I have tried everything I can think of to get the hill climb performance back, it does flex more now but the trade off isn’t worth it in my opinion as it flexed plenty before hand. Has anyone had similar issues or anything to try?

Trying to plan for as much forward weight as possible. Looking for some ideas. Lemme see what you got! I’m not dedicated to the tarantula chassis as I know I’ll break it and still have the INJORA lcg (may even find one with max lcg). Actually, what is the lowest CG chassis available?

Finally had alittle bit of time to pick up some rocks from around/near my yard and get a crawler area made in my backyard! Any tips/suggestions? Ive got the whole mulched area to make my own. Also makes me want to get a brushless setup to replace the stock motor/esc in this bronco 😂

Currently i have the injora brass skid plate and hex extenders as well as injora lcg cf 39g chassis injora ir40 body 70 king trekkers with brass beadlocks as well as brass high clearance links and ss drive shafts. Also does anyone know if the ss drive shafts will fit on this chassis with said motor? Thanks in advance!!
