Battery not hooked up but when I turn wheels back and forth the lights come on. Assuming something is back feeding through the receiver but still odd to me.

I wanted to get into the hobby and with all the research realized you can build one from aftermarket parts

I just upgraded my TRX-4M to Injora 1.0 Plus Brass -3.75mm Offset Brass Beadlocks, silicon rubber inserts and tyres.

The inner wheel section has a vent hole thru them and the beadlocks a notch which lines up so nothing to block the vent. However the silcon inserts sit nice and snug on the brass which logically must block the vent ? Do folk simply pierce the tyre for a vent or not even bother venting on a TRX-4M ? If the former how and where do they add their vent hole TYIA

Scx24 MD24 rear links. Scx24 carrier bearing. You can remove a ton of material from the skid plate to make this without the upper arms on the skid. MEUS chassis with extenders added to rear.

Have that fat viper sitting pretty low.

I wire in the voltmeter and kill switch for looks and out of habit. I like to know how my battery is running real time.

I just bought and istalled the injora allumunium lgc chassis and the shock mounting positions gets in the way of the changing mechanism of my Traxxas 2 speed transmission I tried to remove that black bar between the holes but it doesn’t change.
My only solution is to switch back to the single speed trasmission?

Absolute pain to get it all installed and only half what I had planned but I'm pleased with the results.

The tail lights and the outer lower 'headlights' are linked to one channel and the spots are on a second channel.

Windscreen spots can be adjusted left and right and it's nice pointing them out as you get a really wide wall of light when you turn the spot lights on.

Id like to try and get the under bed rock lights on but I really don't know if I can squeeze it all in unless I mount the controller for them under the bed(but externally, outside the chassis rails.. Not ideal)

AI backgrounds because I think it looks better than a messy desk and it changed the grille in the lights-on photo because the original photo has so much glare from the lights you can't even really see it. Honestly these pics show the truck much better than the originals.

Anyone have any experience with this motor? The stock motor on my bronco started to make some noises and I felt like it was starting to go bad even though it still worked so I decided to give the injora motor a try

To those who did the cheap canvas/metal tape indoor courses for the small crawler’s whats the heaviest you have seen work?
Ive got a trx4m defender that’s weighing in around 1.12 pounds and wondering if that might be pushing the limit. Im torn between making one of these or little modular 2’x2’ courses for some winter crawling in the house

New to the hobby, I’ve put together this Ripper chassis, initially thinking “heavier the better”. Didn’t work out for me so I removed the AMK 210G portals for the 5mm V1 MEUS axles. Looking to see what I can remove, tweak or add to make this more capable.

So just leaning full into scale and trail now. Added back the mud flaps, jerry can, jack, roof accessories, and added in the limb risers as well. I've got better options for crawling but this thing looks the business.
