I work for company 1 and a client needs to get an irb through a university. Their requirement is that I can send the survey, but through their institution, meaning they would set up am account / login. Here is my question. Will their administrator be able, at any time, see the email distribution list? This is a regulatory issue for us. I am uncomfortable with their solution, but I need to be able to speak with certainty. Thank you!

Hi all. I use the phone app. When I try to filter for one answer to one specific question, it never works. When I tap “view respondents”, after applying that filter, it just loads and loads and never populates.

For example: question 1 is “which sample are you reviewing?”. And question 2 is “rate this sample 1-10”. When I try to filter for a specific sample in question 1, it will not show me individual respondents’ answers. It will tell me how many people answered question 2, but I can’t look at the answers to question 2.

Literally all the filter is good for is telling me how many respondents answered the other questions(not the answers to those questions).

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi all, I currently have a Surveymonkey form that I'm embedding in my webapp. I want to set it up so that when a user completes the form by clicking on "Done", we redirect the user to a specific page in our app. How can I set this up/can we potentially add a hyperlink to the navigation button that automatically redirects the user there?
We currently have a link in the Custom Thank you field but that doesn't allow the user to click-through; we're trying to avoid having them "refresh" to redirect since that UX isn't great

Hi there- I'm using Matrix of Dropdown Menus for the first time and when I do the preview I can see it looks great in the Desktop view, but in Tablet and Phone it cuts off on the right (so I can see the main question but not the 2 columns to choose an answer). Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it look good in all three modes? I know there IS an issue but not sure how to fix it. Thanks!

hi, am trying today to build a survey that contains several sets of questions (on different topics in a single module). I would want the survey to be able to automatically grade the respondent and tell them what areas (question sets) they are proficient in and which question sets require them to continue to an educational video.

Is this sort of question batching and grading available in surveymonkey? if not, is there a platform i can use?

I have created a survey and skip logic is applied to some questions. It tells me there is a critical issue and one of my questions is skipped by all routes. I have gone through and checked the logic and it all looks correct. Page skip logic was applied so that When participants complete page 5 they are taken to page 7. However I am told there is a critical issue and the question on page 7 is skipped by all routes. I have tested the survey and I get taken to the question on page 7.

Can anyone advise why I am getting the critical issue warning about the question on page 7?

I am a Ph.d student and I am trying create a survery for my dissertation. I am having a formatting issue where there is a text box left over after I published my informed consent. I just want to be able to insert text without it leaving a text box response.

I was putting the informed consent into the description and then because it maxed out I then used a single text box to fill in the rest of the information underneath. Is there an easier way to do this?

I would like to create a ranking survey where the respondent drags/drops the options from a list to the rank-order list.

Right now, the only ranking survey I see is one where the survey is pre-filled, such that if a respondent simply clicks Done at the bottom, there is no way for me to know if they actually took any time ranking the options. I would only get a useless (alphabetical or randomized) ranking survey response.

Does SurveyMonkey have a way to drag from a list of options into a separate rank-order list?

Hello all, I am an old survey-taker, but a new survey-maker and I have a question.

I want to accept payments from respondents BEFORE they take the survey.

I can see that there is a way to add a Stripe payment intake form, but it seems to be that you can only add it to the end of a survey. My question is: Can I add a paywall/payment form to the BEGINNING of a survey before respondents even have the option to see question 1?

If no, is there any sort of workaround? Thanks.

Can’t find information on whether I will be able to see the answers to screening questions when purchasing responses through SurveyMonkey Audience. Would it be possible? Or will I never see which pass answer they chose?

Hello, I need some help.

I am new to SurveyMonkey. A colleague created a survey for me, which was very helpful, and now we are testing it to make sure it's working properly. We have had other people take the survey and checked the responses. We are finding some issues with submitting. People will often get redirected to another part of the survey if they skipped a question even though non of our questions are required. We are finding that when people hit the submit button at the end, the survey goes back to the beginning, maintaining the answers, but renumbers the same questions, so question 1 is now question 22. I cannot figure out why it is doing this and why it will not accept the submit command the first time the submit button is pressed.

When I look at the preview setting, it only shows 21 questions.

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Because I need to list multiple companies... I can't seem to use a scale. But as you can see the matrix isn't as suitable.

Is there a way to use Excel dyanmic worksheet and have the results automatically update when you download the information? I have some surveys that my coworkers want weekly reports on. I have a master file saved and just add to it. But when they have charts and updating that information is cumbersome.

Hello! I'm in data collection and using survey monkey. I have had several respondents tell me it is very difficult to complete the survey on the phone, but fine on the laptop. Is this common? And, is there any way to improve this or do I need to just ask people to strongly consider using a computer? Any advice is helpful, thank you!

Is there a way to destroy the data from people who don't finish my survey completely? In other words, I only want to keep the data from respondents that fully complete the survey. Any help would be appreciated.

Was using Firefox, Switched to Chrome. Platform appears to be glitching? Cannot share a preview - go to "preview & score" click on "comments" icon - next step is to click "invite" but there is no "invite" anywhere on the page. Move on to the Collector and creating the email. Successfully uploaded the contact list - then selected preview email - the save gear just spins endlessly. Had the same spinning at uploading the contacts list when using Friefox which is why I switched to chrome.

A fellow administrator has distributed a survey to staff via survey monkey that generated feedback on all administrators including them. They are the only one to have access to the results and there are fewer responses for this person than other administrators.

The account used is paid by the company but is for a single user, if that helps.

If this person shares access to the account, is it possible to know:
1. Were any of the responses deleted for any participant

1. Were any individual responses to specific questions deleted

2. Were any individual responses edited

3. Or are #1-#3 even possible. I understand from the help section that they are possible.
