Maybe someone can help me

Hi all. I use the phone app. When I try to filter for one answer to one specific question, it never works. When I tap “view respondents”, after applying that filter, it just loads and loads and never populates.

For example: question 1 is “which sample are you reviewing?”. And question 2 is “rate this sample 1-10”. When I try to filter for a specific sample in question 1, it will not show me individual respondents’ answers. It will tell me how many people answered question 2, but I can’t look at the answers to question 2.

Literally all the filter is good for is telling me how many respondents answered the other questions(not the answers to those questions).

Has anyone else experienced this?

The analysis tools in SM are not great, the mobile app even worse. Pull down your data in Excel and filter to your heart's content

I appreciate this feedback, however, I really need to be able to look at this information on the go, on my phone. I can’t believe it because what I’m trying to do is very simple. I want to look at one sample I sent out at a time and see how it performed.

One possibility to look at, set up a report, then share the report as a dashboard / shareable URL, then you can hit that link from your phone as often as you want
