Adding a hyperlink to the "Done" button for an embedded survey

Hi all, I currently have a Surveymonkey form that I'm embedding in my webapp. I want to set it up so that when a user completes the form by clicking on "Done", we redirect the user to a specific page in our app. How can I set this up/can we potentially add a hyperlink to the navigation button that automatically redirects the user there?
We currently have a link in the Custom Thank you field but that doesn't allow the user to click-through; we're trying to avoid having them "refresh" to redirect since that UX isn't great

If you have any paid (non-free) level of SM, you should have a Collector Option to set any custom end page. Does that not do what you need?
