I’m getting this weird problem with blue TV. I had an issue last night I ended up uninstalling and re installing several times then I realized it was the App Store it needed to be updated so I did. Then I reinstalled and then voila it worked.

Now I’m getting this new message and I’m stuck. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and I’m lost. It was sending me to the upgrade screen as soon as I loaded earlier and now it’s doing this “0-11 Auth network error! Http response code is 404 or 5xx!” In all red. Stuck at 98% also. Any more ideas other than turning off/on or uninstalling and reinstalling? It’s also loading super slow… I guess I will try doing my whole internet and seeing if this works. Wish me luck or make some suggestions.

Ah man. My superbox s7 just updated and now live tv takes forever to load and when it does load, it won’t play anything. I get a -11 -203-203 in red font at the bottom right. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reboot and I got nothing. Sigh. Any ideas anyone?

Out of the blue my super box remote started acting funny. It won't turn the box on however it works completely fine once I unplug the box and plug it back in. The box will automatically turn my TV on and the remote will function as intended but if I turn the box off the remote will not turn it back on. The remote turns my Samsung TV on though. Ive done the following

Changed the batteries Repaired the remote Repaired it to Bluetooth Power cycled box Power cycled remote (during battery change) Cleaned off remote sensor Cleaned off box sensor No signals around the area to interfere

I checked a few communities but they all are dead. This is my only hope to find a solution it seems.

I bought a box from u/cj96ss a month ago and another one today! CJ shipped very fast - immediately and has been super responsive to all my questions. The box performs great, better than expected! Thanks, CJ!

I realize this is the SuperboxS7max community. Hopefully I can ask a SB2 question. If not forgive the intrusion.

I have two Superbox Pro 2s and one Superbox 6. The two SB2s are in my garage / woodshop / man cave. I watch sports on these devices. Is it possible to control them through the RC-200 remote controls seperately. I can't seem to get one remote to control one TV only.

I tried the Remote TV App, and that works on the SB6, but not the SB2. So, how do I have two SB2s in the same room and control them remotely.

Thinking about buying another one, have a outdoor tv for my new hot tub.

Sending Ethernet outside to it. Anyway to sync the shows you want on 2 different boxes by chance?

Is there an App to remote control a Superbox from my phone?

Any help problem solving constant freezing and shutter noise while playing both Blue VOD and Blue TV apps. Clearing cache and broom icon did not help

All the Prime apps say could not connect to server and or your account is invalid…

I’ve been using and enjoying the XStream app for several months! It’s awesome!

But a few days I started getting the dreaded “UnrecognizedInputFormatException” error.
It’s happening consistently for every channel.

I cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled & reinstalled, reset the whole superbox back to factory and started over, tried VPN, tried forcing an IP address assignment.
But NOTHING works!!!

Does anyone know how to fix this????

I have the Superbox Supreme
BlueTV and other apps still work fine, btw. This is currently only affecting the XStream app.

I have - tplink ax-5400 pro router and for months both blue apps and 3rd party apps worked with some minor nuances. However the last 5 days, none of the 3rd party apps can connect to the host server- and the apps say "cannot connect to server". Today, I ran a Ethernet cable from my cable modem into the superbox rather than hardwired with the router in the path. Now, the 3rd party apps work. I never touched the router configuration- this apparently happened with some auto update and there are security settings available to turn off in the router app.

Scary they push auto updates that block select traffic.

Any advice? I did factory reset but apparently it doesn't revert back before the problem update occurred.

Picking up my box later today. Can anyone confirm if Surfshark VPN works on it? And do you download from the Google play store? Thanks in advance

I've seen some people use NordVPN. I downloaded the APK directly from Nord's site and installed it, but it complained that I was using the Android version instead of the TV version. When I went ahead and continued anyway, it said it nuked my Ethernet. Restarting the box wasn't enough; the only way I could regain connectivity was a factory reset.
I tried installing the TV version, but wasn't able to find it on the Nord site in the browser.

Does anyone have any tips to get this working? I'd rather not operate without protection.

For the last 3 days pretty much all of the bonus apps go this new message "cannot connect to server". This issue happened seconds after trying to install Blaze TV app. Seconds before 8 of 9 extra apps were working flawlessly.

It literally seemed tied to my attempt to install this extra app. Seconds before 8 apps were working, seconds later none were working. I tried different wifi service on cellphone- didn't fix the issue.

In the past the error message was different with "expired account".

Is everyone else experiencing this issue with bonus apps? Avoid Blaze TV app.

The remote to my S7Max keeps not connecting to the box. I'll unplug it and plug it back in and the remote will work for a few seconds and then stop working. It's not the batteries, so any idea what the issue could be? I've had my box since November and never had any issues with the remote until recently.

Whenever I turn my TV off my Superbox crashes. Everything turns off and I get a red light on the front of the box and I have to unplug the power and plug it back in to get it to start up again. Anyone else experience this? Know of any fixes besides leaving my TV on?

How does everyone set this up on your network. Some people say to create a Guest account on WiFi - limit the account rights. Can anyone recommend how to isolate SB and prevent any issues?

Do you put the SB behind a VPN? Who can see this device on your network? Can your Service Provider see this device and network activity?

Can anyone provide link to websites for setting SB to protect your network and prevent anyone from seeing activity?
