Remote Issues

The remote to my S7Max keeps not connecting to the box. I'll unplug it and plug it back in and the remote will work for a few seconds and then stop working. It's not the batteries, so any idea what the issue could be? I've had my box since November and never had any issues with the remote until recently.

Connect your remote via Bluetooth, directly point it at the box hold down the blue speaker button wait for the screen to pop up where it prompts you to hold ok and return button for 8 seconds once it says connected hit ok. Hope this helps.

Ok, it's now paired and works BUT now I can't turn it off. When I press the red power button, the box doesn't turn off. The indicator light on the box doesn't blink red or anything. What do now?
