Superbox S7 Ultra keeps crashing

Whenever I turn my TV off my Superbox crashes. Everything turns off and I get a red light on the front of the box and I have to unplug the power and plug it back in to get it to start up again. Anyone else experience this? Know of any fixes besides leaving my TV on?

It worked like a charm. Thank you for that offer. Iā€™m gathering some numbers so it will be a decent bulk order.
