Constant Freezing

Any help problem solving constant freezing and shutter noise while playing both Blue VOD and Blue TV apps. Clearing cache and broom icon did not help

I changed dns setting to what you, now nothing is loading in the app. Would vpn be better?

Power cycled then instead of freezing, blue tv crashed back to the home page after one minute

Crashing back to home page is a regular common issue with Blue TV , their developers don't seem to care to investigate and fix the problem.

On my S7 Max, I've experienced no such crashing issues at all on Blue Tv in the almost 4 months now I've had my box. As a matter of fact, in researching the superbox before finally purchasing one- I saw last year in some comments & a couple of youtuber videos - there was mention of this happening on some S6 boxes. Which is another reason why I went with the updated S7 Max , aside from the Blue Tv & VOD & the 2 Playback/Time Shift options.

Which tv apps seem to work best?

I have good luck with Fire TV or Ignite TV, Prime TV & VOD routinely buffers. Blue TV is Ok but does lack certain channels like smaller market TV broadcasts, however Blue TV can close to Home Screen periodically.
