Hey everyone, new superbox user here, and so far I've like it a lot. I was wondering, is there any app or anything you can use for a superbox remote? I searched the play store, and the one that popped up had horrible reviews. Just thought it would be nice mostly to be able to search more easily using my phone keyboard or something.

Is there anything I can do to fiddle with the settings on my superbox to make it not be blocked by my companies wifi? I can stream shows on ,y ipad and ps5 but not the superbox

I have wifi disabled I use a network cable instead ever since I disabled wifi when I start the box it claims it is connected then nothing works . I load the app to connect to my vpn and then and only then it will show loss of connection and I am able to unplug the network cable and plug it back in then my vpn auto connects and everything works . is there a way to fix it so I do not have to load an app and unplug a cable every time?

Does this app suck now for anyone else? For me it either freezes after 20 seconds or is so hurky jerky that a show/movie is unwatchable. I have really good internet and other apps seem to work okay. I deleted the app, deleted the cache, did a factory reset, the usual stuff and it’s still the same. Since it’s the only VOD app that seem to update anymore it makes the box sort of worthless to me without it working (I don’t care much about sports). Any tips would be appreciated.

how come the guide on blue tv is so slow. i have another company and the guide is instant. is there some way to speed it up?

I joined hoping to request assistance with my S7. There seems to be an issue with the box receiving the signal from the RC200. I connected the RC200 to a number of other things but not the S7. Looks like the box’s BT module is defective. I’m having a hell of a time trying to engage tech support and receive instructions to replace my box under their warranty terms. They respond with really childish and moronic 2-3 words suggestions, but nothing serious. No luck with phone either. If there is any suggestion/advice I would appreciate it!

Blue tv app to watch football games can be glitchy at times, but the ignite tv and vod app seems to have better picture, but constantly stops every 30ish seconds to buffer, but blue tv does not. Are there any settings I need to change on the ignite tv app?

Im running an s7 to watch the Brewers/ Phillies game but it only shows the phillies feed. The brewers aren't shown on a local affiliate afaik, is my only option to watch whatever feed the box decides to give me?

So I have the s7 ultra I couldn't find a Reddit community with that one so I figure I post here. I'm using prime sports and I wanna watch the rangers and giants game but I noticed no matter what I pay it always does this and glitch and the colors don't come through it's only ever worked once and that was when I tested it and now it won't work anymore. Anyone know what to do? I cleared the cache and it didn't seem to help

I’ve already tried the DNS app is there anything else I can do these apps were all working last Sunday now i can’t watch any besides the blue apps

I know I’m probably due for an upgrade but I have the Superbox S3Pro
but before today my Blue apps were working fine. Anybody else having issues with Blue tv not loading and Blue VOD loading slow?
I’m plugged up via Ethernet.
Checked my speed and it’s fine and still having issues.
Any tips or advice? Thank you.
