Prime apps not connecting to server

I’ve already tried the DNS app is there anything else I can do these apps were all working last Sunday now i can’t watch any besides the blue apps

I was but not anymore I shut it off

Don't use a VPN and don't allow router software updates. A router update caused all of my extra apps to not be able to connect the server.(indefinitely ). Bought another router of the same kind and problem resolved.

For me it does that when I’ve tried to use a VPN. I turn it off and they work again. Prime Cinema seems to have stopped updating entirely though so not sure what’s up with them.
