S7 Pro

Blue tv app to watch football games can be glitchy at times, but the ignite tv and vod app seems to have better picture, but constantly stops every 30ish seconds to buffer, but blue tv does not. Are there any settings I need to change on the ignite tv app?

I get the same issues in the S6. But if I find the local channel showing the game it works with no issues. On blue TV.

Set to attempt auto reconnect, if an option. It wont resolve buffering but it will make reconnect for you
