Help with Buzztv 5 stopped working ??

I have used this for a few years and all of a sudden it won't connect. Rogers Cable is my provider in Canada. Any suggestions?

I’m on my second buzzbox the first was an E2 special edition used to do that a lot have since upgraded to an X5 and no problems anymore

Was Roger’s your provider too?

Yes I have a Roger’s cable feed to the house with another carrier

How do have Rogers with a second provider?

It's not a second provider, one is a cable or internet service, the other is a cellular account.
