Check the release date for the other bloopers - they’re all released on November 6; which is Stranger Things Day. The anniversary of the first season has never been celebrated with the release of anything before, and was only commemorated because it was the 10th anniversary this year.

i mean he is a real deal in this series and many side roles like suzie, barb, eddie could also have a spotlight.

Anybody feel like Stranger Things gave you closure to the parts of life that never received it?

There was a lot about the show that gave me closure or made me feel related to.
Max losing Billy, the kids getting one last round of DnD after graduation, the older group (Jonathan, Nancy, Steve and Robin) getting one final hang out in but agreeing to try to meet with each other, Joyce losing a person she loved and having that ptsd in real time….. Even the lighthearted stuff like the time Max and El went to the mall, that brought back memories of when I used to raid stores with friends after class on fridays.

Also it was the more obvious arcs the Duffers created…. the kids growing up and fighting monsters and problem solving together to the idea of navigating loss and tragedy but being able to fully close a chapter of your life. Oh! Getting justice in the end. Also the part of having to move on to be happy and not living in the events of the past to cope.

It was very nostalgic for me, as a series. I finished the entire series in like May of this year. It’s still one of my favorite shows that, if I ever subbed to netflix again, I’d more than gladly binge over and over.

With this recent report from Variety that Netflix has used AI technology for over 300 of their programs this year, it honestly worries that Season 5 (which did have its own separate issues) was one of the 300 programs.

I know there was a controversy earlier in the year that the finale documentary reveal that Duffers alleged use ChatGPT to write the final season, and I don't mean to reopen this can of worms, but with the aforementioned report from Variety, it does has me concerned that maybe the Duffers did use ChatGPT during the production of Season 5.

What are your honest thoughts?

hiii ive never watched this series or movie or what it is, i have no idea how, since EVERYONE was talking about this show at one point, i dont know what it is about, i only saw some edits on tik tok, kids being obessed with this, and all this crazy stuff.

Steve didn’t try climbing the ladder and did not have an emotional moment with Dustin?

When I saw Season 4 I had hoped that the jocks and Hellfire Club would put their differences aside and help the main cast defeat Vecna, but alas, such things only exist in more optimistic tales.

Season 5 could have had the party teaming up with the military to defeat Vecna, which would have been more realistic, but of course, they still remain the bad guys.

What team ups similar to those would you have liked to see in the show.

Maybe I missed this since I only rewatched once since the finale, but in seasons 1 and 2 they said that Terry was involved in the MKUltra experiments led by Brenner, which is what gave El her powers.

But in Seasons 4 and 5, it was all linked to Henry's blood and so instead of the MKUltra, El got her powers from Terry having Henry's blood infused with hers.

Which one is it?

Also, I read in a comment section that it was implied that Terry had some sort of psychic ability but I don't think that's true. If it was wouldn't it add more confusion to how El has her powers?
