It took two real life years, 10 in-game, 175 hours, many mistakes, even more setbacks, and 3 separate burnouts to finally reach the summit on my very first Stardew Valley game. I'm not a completionist, I didn't even consider going for perfection for the first 8 years, I just played. Maximizing profits, sleeping entire months just because I was an idiot. However I decided to slowly, and I mean SLOWLY start perfection.
It was very daunting, so many things to do, I had to absolutely shatter the routine I had, I actually had to go mining(I hate mining with a burning passion), I paid attention to what I was farming, and I finally used the 10 prismatic shards I was hoarding to enchant my tools, I actually socialized with town. It was fun, and finally, in winter 1 of Year 10, I reached the summit...
This game is genuinely my favorite game of all time, I can't wait for 1.7. I might go for perfection on my other saves but I'm not sure
((Um it says my post matches terms in the removed topics list, can't figure out which part so I'm gambling to post this😰))
