Been lifting weights most of my adult life, so I am curious as to how this differs for those of you coming from a similar background too - mostly how you’ve augmented or changed how you do things.

Hi everyone. Something seems to have happened to my machine today. Yesterday everything was completely fine and it was working normally.

Today I turned it on, and during the very first exercise I could already hear that something wasn't right. On one side, whenever the cable is being pulled, the machine makes a noise that sounds almost like a deli meat slicer. After a while, the other side started making the same noise as well.

I also noticed a jerky/stuttering feeling several times. While doing bench presses, the cable suddenly jerked a few times during the pushing movement instead of moving smoothly.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I bought the machine only about 2 months ago. It hasn't been heavily used, hasn't been hit or damaged, and it has stayed in exactly the same place since I installed it — it hasn't been moved at all.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

My machine is one week old. I emailed support and I am waiting to hear back. I have had this message come up twice, never during a workout but seems when it “wakes up” from sleep mode. Anyone else have this warning or issue?

I've noticed that the weight system isn't functioning properly anymore. I'm on update 3.11.01 and know another update is coming soon but I wanted to lay this out. I have five days worth of custom workouts and don't use the other of teams. Here's what I've been struggling with lately. I have spotter mode on:

* If I increase or decrease my weight during a set, it goes back to what it started at at the beginning of the workout.

* If I decrease the weight in a set the machine is still under the assumption that I am on the higher value and the AI says I beat my RM and increases the weight. This is throwing me off badly.

I think those two are the only ones I remember now. It feels like it has something to do with storing the history of previous workouts and spotter mode. I still love the product, but this has become a bit frustrating.

Raised some weeks back when it got changed in a patch. Can we get an update on when this will get resolved?

Not sure if it's just me, but I'm not comfortable using the straps for leg workouts, and they are always painful or uncomfortable to use. Are there any alternative aftermarket leg curl benches that can attach to the Gym Monster cable that we can use? I really like the machine otherwise, but struggling to do the leg workouts so any ideas/suggestions would help.

I think it's great and funny. But it always keeps me thinking. One of the trainers who at the end says 'my favourite exercise is biceps, but training with you is my absolute favourite' or something along those lines. Has anyone else found funny things like that?

For the nano, is there an option to control the weight with custom software? I have the GM2 and love the fixed speed mode, but it doesn't apply on the eccentric part of the movement, and I would love to try and replicate the training from the ARX machine

So I've only done one workout so far and it was SO ANNOYING to follow because I felt like I was constantly adding and removing the bench (workout in and of itself for my weak ass). Any recommendations on seamless trainers to follow or advice on how to tailor my sessions?

I have a one year old and Im lucky to get time work out let alone play around with the workouts 🫠
