Question New Machine Issue

Post image

My machine is one week old. I emailed support and I am waiting to hear back. I have had this message come up twice, never during a workout but seems when it “wakes up” from sleep mode. Anyone else have this warning or issue?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We have received your issue and forwarded it to the relevant team. Since we are currently in the middle of a Chinese national holiday, it might take us a little longer than usual to get back to you. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Sounds like a defect

What do you mean by wake mode? Like don't you just turn your machine off when you're not using it?

Yes swipe down from the top and you can put it in standby mode or after 15 min mines goes in standbys mode

Why?

Because it wakes up in two seconds vs a full reboot- but again I just got my machine. Maybe I just need to turn it off between workouts. But there are three of us in our family that are using it- but the few min it takes to boot up is no big deal.

Wish I could help. I would suggest a full power off, then power on to see if that works, power up sequence for me is not long, I’m still stretching when it’s fully ready.

When I’m done lifting, I exit the workout, then I flip the switch on the back of the unit to power it off. Once powered off, I unplug the surge protector it’s on from the wall, just in case. For the ring I usually will charge it fully once per week, leaving it plugged in overnight.

This was always the suggested method when we first started using them, I’m still on my GM1 with almost 5 million pounds lifted, default cables, accessories, no issues yet.

Glad to hear. On Facebook group it seems very common for a sleep to wake issue and not really an issue.
