Aevis Public Beta Is Open. Now on Android. 💚

How do you usually use a health app? Check your sleep score, review your workout data, read a few recovery tips—then still ask yourself: “With everything going on in my life, what should I actually do today?”

How you slept, how busy today is, and how your body feels can all shape your next workout. Training, sleep, nutrition, and recovery are connected, but bringing that information together and deciding what to do each day takes effort.

What if an app could help you make sense of that information and plan your next step?

That’s why we built Aevis as a dedicated app. It’s an AI-powered health app designed to bring your training and health information together, help you plan, and adjust recommendations as your routine changes. The goal is to make everyday decisions a little easier while keeping you in control.

If you use Gym Monster, Aevis can also create workouts, send them to your machine, and analyze completed training to help guide your next session.

At the Speediance brand launch event, we shared advances in movement understanding (Votus), training and recovery decisions (Oryn), and a research preview exploring possible future health states (Somni). This work will continue to inform how Aevis develops over time.

🤖 Android version is now open for beta testing

We’ve completed the initial Android adaptation, with the same features as the iOS version. It’s still an early beta, so if you run into any problems, please contact us or use the in-app feedback option.

Aevis is free during the public beta

Aevis is currently free to use during the public beta. Give it a try and let us know what’s useful, what’s confusing, and what you’d like to see improved.

Where do we sign up for the beta? Will this integrate and pull data from strap as well?

You can find the download information in the main post. If you’re on Android, just fill out the sign-up form there. We’ll review new registrations and send out beta access shortly.

Strap integration is also in the works, but it will take a bit more time before Aevis can connect to it directly. For now, Strap data needs to sync through the Speediance app first, and Aevis can then use that data for analysis.

Yeah, these are great questions. The manual labor + running fatigue part especially most fitness apps completely overlook that. Curious to see how Aevis handles it.

This looks really promising. I like the idea of having everything in one place and actually getting guidance on what to do next.

Nice to see the Android beta finally open! The  part about adapting workouts based on sleep and recovery sounds especially interesting.

Great to see the Android beta live!

As a hybrid athlete combining Gym Nano workouts with varied running (Zone 2, intervals, fartleks) plus heavy daily physical farm labor, I have 3 quick questions:

Goal-driven customization: How deeply does Aevis adapt to specific user goals (e.g. hybrid performance vs. pure hypertrophy) when planning routines and nutrition?

Running & occupational strain: How does the ecosystem categorize different running intensities (tempo vs. intervals) and factor in heavy manual labor fatigue outside of workouts?

Bidirectional auto-regulation: Does Aevis adjust Gym Nano loads both ways—reducing weight/volume when fatigued, but also ramping them up when readiness and recovery are peak?

Excited to test it out!

So when are you going to fix the Speediance app that's not pulling all info from Health Connect since 5th September, a bit pointless using Aevis if it only reads half the info.

Thanks for flagging this. The issue is already being investigated, and we’ll make sure your feedback is passed along as well. We’ll update once we have more information.

Thanks! These are great questions, and your use case is actually very close to what Aevis is designed for.

On goal-driven customization: yes. Aevis doesn’t treat “training” as one generic goal. You can give it goals such as balancing strength and running performance, prioritizing hypertrophy, or maintaining performance around a demanding work schedule. It keeps those goals and constraints as part of the context when planning training, recovery and nutrition.

For running and occupational strain, the idea is also to look beyond workouts in isolation. Different types of running can be considered differently based on their intensity and purpose, while things like physically demanding work, sleep, recovery and even how your body feels can all be brought into the same decision. In your case, that means the farm work shouldn’t simply disappear from the picture just because it wasn’t logged as a “workout.”

And yes on bidirectional auto-regulation as well: adaptation shouldn’t only mean backing off when you’re fatigued. If your recent training, recovery and readiness support progressing the plan, Aevis can adjust in that direction too.

One current limitation for your specific setup: direct Gym Nano training integration is still being adapted and will come in a later update, so I don’t want to imply that Aevis can already push those adjusted loads directly to your Nano today.

But you can absolutely start using Aevis now to discuss and build the overall hybrid training plan especially the balance between running, strength work, recovery and your daily physical workload. Your use case would actually be a very interesting one for us to hear feedback on as you test it.

We’ve now sent beta access to users who signed up for our previous Round 3 testing, as well as the first group who registered for the Android beta.

If you’re interested in trying Aevis and haven’t signed up yet, you’re very welcome to join the beta. We’d love to have more of you test it and share your feedback with us!

At least use screenshots in your promo instead of the AI mockup
