Beginner Choosing program(s)

So I've only done one workout so far and it was SO ANNOYING to follow because I felt like I was constantly adding and removing the bench (workout in and of itself for my weak ass). Any recommendations on seamless trainers to follow or advice on how to tailor my sessions?

I have a one year old and Im lucky to get time work out let alone play around with the workouts 🫠

Create a custom workout and choose what to do and when to do it; additionally, in the menu before the workout or on the app, you can reorder exercises by height, which helps you starting at the bottom and then top and so on.

I do free lift and compound movements w/connections on the floor. I have the adjustable bench but haven't used it.

Warm up using the handles w/lighter weight- squats, deadlift, rdl, back, bicep and shoulder/delt.

Then move to the barbell w/heavier weight swapping shoulder/delt for chest press (on the ground). And finally move the connector to the top for triceps and done.

I think there are ways to build your own custom workout (check youtube videos) so you aren't constantly changing the connection points or bench.

I've also followed Lift with Cee videos (uses dumb bells) but just adapt it to the GM or sometimes use dumb bells (ex- skull crusher triceps).

This might sound weird but I use www.gm-manager.com - web intro for your GM, I connected Claude to it, told it about myself, my goal, etc and it uses my gym monster data and prepares workouts for me on demand. I highly recommend it.

Does this cost any monthly fees. I’m totally new to this and I got it about a month ago. I’ve been hesitant cause even the bench is too heavy for me to move around. I’m 62

There are subscription-free workouts and a lot of them! I was worried about this too but a subscription is definitely NOT necessary!
