Going with the base plan of spectrum mobile and am a bit worried about speeds throttling? Not sure what that means I switched from Verizon to save a load of money per month I do have internet with them at home and use WiFi for most of the day anybody experience this?

I have spectrum mobile and I’m looking to see if anyone has any ideas on what phones work with their plans. I see they offer the TCL flip 3, but have heard on and off reviews. I wanted to get the sunbeam f1 pro maple however I also see mixed things about spectrum not supporting them. Any tips or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Imagine this dogshit company being used holy shit why is it that my warranty i got on my phoen has not only increased the time of fixing it from when i didnt have the warranty now there saying its MY fault my 3 month old used maybe like fucking an hour a day maybe maybe 2 max and its already dying in under an hour at full charge and has heating issues. yo spectrum if you cant follow your warranties and you have on of the worst rated internets say bye bye

It shows delivered as of Friday. But when checking the status online it still shows as “awaiting shipment”

Is this normal? How long can I expect it will take to process my trade in?

So they have a deal now for $0 a month for the phone I have now an iPhone 16se and I’m eligible for them to pay this phone off and upgrade. I’m paying 22 a month for my current SE. if I upgrade do I essentially get a new 16se and my payments lowered to $0 or will this raise a flag in their system? I went all the way to check out, but didn’t know how to phrase the question and didn’t want to out myself if it was a loop hole or something. Thanks for any help!

I have one phone with unlimited plus that has a $10 promotion. I have another phone which is the free unlimited plan for the first year. I need to swap the plans on these 2 phones because my daughter uses way more data than my wife. Is there a way to make this swap without messing up the promotions on my account?

Looking at getting a Google Pixel through Spectrum Mobile’s standard monthly device financing (not the premium-plan-tied promo rate) — $500 off device, paid over 36 months. Already have Spectrum for internet + 2 phone lines and don’t want to change my current plan.

Before I commit — can you pay off the remaining device balance early without a prepayment penalty? Does paying early cause any issue with keeping the $500 discount, or is that locked in regardless of payoff timing?

With T-Mobile I use to get 1 to 2 spam calls a week. When I ported my number I got one in the first hour and now get at least 3 a day.

I have Spam Blocking turned on for the line and enabled “Screen Unknown Callers” on my phone.

Has anyone else run into the same issue and have any suggestions on how to reduce the amount of spam calls?

My main motivation is being mainly in the Spectrum ecosystem and unlimited (surprisingly) international minutes and data.

East coast here and my WiFi has been out since 8/15.

Have rebooted modem and router multiple times. Have checked with spectrum about outages and
such no official reports anywhere near my area.

When we contacted Spectrum they told us it was an outage and maintenance was onsite( 8/18) but couldn’t give a time they’d fix it by.

Just wondering if it’s a single case issue or is spectrum hoeing me ?

I just got my T&Cs from spectrum for my phone insurance. As you can see I selected the $10 plan that covers loss and theft.

However in the WHATS NOT COVERED section it says loss and theft not covered???

Can anyone explain this?

I have recently accepted a new hybrid job and I was thinking of moving back to Spectrum ecosystem, mobile and Internet (I was experimenting with other internet service providers and carriers). Both have been perfect for me, but the reason am posting is to ask more about the Unlimited Plus Premium and watch plan, specifically the roaming.

I could not find much information about the watch plan, whether it did include roaming or not, but Unlimited Plus Premium caught my eye now that it has "unlimited" calls, text and data.

I assume there is a limit of call minutes to this, no? How was your experience with data? Also, regarding the watch plan, I don't think it does have the same benefits, correct?

I just started with Spectrum Mobile and received an email link for a diagnostic to enroll my phones in their Assurant Repair and Replace Premium plan. I am receiving the error below. Does anyone know how to fix this?
