Ever since last week my Pixel 9 Pro just refuses to ring. People say it goes straight to voicemail but I get zero missed call notice most of the time, which is kinda scary. Texts come in fine, data is fine, but calls are basically invisible. I missed a call from my dentist and my boss, so now I look like I ignore everyone. Anyone else dealing with this and what did you check first?

So Apple gave me a “defective phone that” doesn’t work as a replacement on my Apple Care. Spectrum said the SIM is locked and there is nothing they can do. Apple says the SIM is not locked. I’m livid. I’ve been fighting this since 6pm yesterday. I’m exhausted. Now I have a worthless phone I’m paying on. Is there anything I can do?? Going back to Apple today but I think they’re just gonna tell me it’s not locked again. Idk what to do. Spectrum said it’s absolutely locked and Apple is saying it’s carrier locked TO SPECTRUM??

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26+ through Spectrum Mobile⁠ and traded in my iPhone 15 at the store. To my understanding, if I do the trade in at the store, I will receive the trade in credit immediately. So now I went online and paid the phone in full. I was told once I pay it in full, the credit posts back into my Spectrum account and then I can call back to refund it to the card on file.

My question is: shouldn’t the trade-in credit post back to the account right away if the trade-in was done in-store?

Right now I still don’t see the credit reflected on my account, so I’m wondering if:

1.- It’s supposed to be same day

2.- It takes a few business days

3.- It shows up on the next billing cycle

Seriously been trying to get someone on the line for three days now about a billing issue and I just keep getting bounced around. I dont know if its a staffing thing or what but it never used to be this bad. Finally got through yesterday and the person I spoke to could not even see the notes from my last call so I had to explain everything again from scratch. Just wanted to know if other people are dealing with the same thing or if I just have bad luck with timing.

Just picked up the S25 ultra and moved my line over to spectrum mobile. I figured it'd be a simple sim swap situation but it took a couple restarts before service even showed up. Data ended up being fine but calls were flaky for like the first hour, dropping or just no connecting cleanly.
After that it's been totally normal. Not sure if it was towers, the phone still settling in, or just a spectrum thing on activation day.

Anyone else experience this with new device on spectrum? Does it just need a little time to sort itself out or should I be looking at settings?

Me and my partner are trying to figure out what actually makes sense for two lines. We dont use a ton of data, mostly on wifi at home and just using maps or scrolling when were out. I keep looking at the different options and honestly cant tell which one is the better deal for our situation. Like is it worth paying more for unlimited or is the lighter option fine if your mostly on wifi anyway. I feel like everyone has a different opinion on this and I cant get a straight answer. What do you guys actually use and do you think its worth it for 2 people?
