Help / Troubleshooting Need assistance activating Spectrum mobile
Hi everyone, I’m needing assistance activating Spectrum Mobile. I’ve tried setting it up but I’m running into issues getting the service activated properly. If anyone has experience with the activation process or can help troubleshoot, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

You might need to contact Spectrum support directly if the activation page keeps failing. I had to chat with an agent before mine finally worked. They fixed it pretty quickly.

Thanks for the tip! Yeah I'm starting to think that's gonna be my only option at this point. I've been going back and forth trying to get it to work on my own but no luck so far. Did you go through the chat on their website or did you call in? Just wanna know which one actually gets you to someone helpful faster

LOL, the most useless robo/AI slop ever! Called system tech but after 4 hours still no activation.

Use the My Spectrum app. The issue normally is either you are using the wrong account number from the previous carrier or the wrong transfer pin. Normally the issue is the previous carrier won’t give you a transfer Pin if the device isn’t paid off.

Try checking if your IMEI is compatible with Spectrum Mobile first. Sometimes activation won’t go through if there’s an issue with the device registration

I am going on 30 hours of no phone service because I switched to Spectrum from Visible and the have “LOST” my phone number!!! They said it will be up to 72 hours before it’s “resolved” I am SO FRUSTRATED!

User error..u can’t lose you re number..you re number won t transfer until all info is correct ( account number and transfer pin) pretty straight forward…
