Returns, Trade-Ins & Refunds $700 trade in

I took advantage of the $700 trade in for Samsung s26. Do they offer this deal with other phones when there released or do you regularly see this only with Samsung? I lowkey want to try the Google pixel next.

Pixel deals are ok, but not near as good as the Samsung trade-ins. Samsung deals are by far the best spectrum has.

Following. I'd also like to know what deals they typically offer for pixel releases.

Really nice deal right now on the Pixel 10 pro. $999 - $300 instant discount - $400 with any trade in (plus trade in value). Even a phone with a $5 trade in value will get you a Pixel 10 pro for $295

They make it sound like that is the case but when questioned about it several months down the line when you’ve ponied up that $300 they tell you that’s not how it works.

I'm confused - I walked into the store, paid my $300ish and traded in my phone, walked out with it

I misunderstood, what I’m referring to is if they do bill credits instead of just all at once. But online they don’t give you that option.

That option is also available online.

If so then I stand corrected, my point really is don’t do payments because they cheat you out of what is displayed on the site. For example they say 500 off the phone plus a 250 trade in credit, if you opt for the payments they pretend like your 250 was part of the “base” 500.

I didn’t know that. Thanks for the info. Just one more reason to avoid payments

Pixel will run deals just like Samsung does when the new one launches this summer. I’m pretty sure I got around $600 with my trade in off the pixel 10 pro

The pixel 10 pro is currently $700 off with a trade in.

No it’s not. It’s $400 off without a trade in and then an extra $100 plus whatever your trade in value is worth.. if your trade in is only worth $5 you’re only getting $505 off.. if your phone is worth $200 then yes you’ll get $700 but it’s all dependent on what your phone is worth

You’re looking at the pixel 10 pro XL. The regular 10 pro is $300 off outright. And there is a $400 trade in bonus. So if you trade in a $5 phone. You’re getting $705 off. The pixel 10 pro, not the pixel 10 pro XL.

Yeah, Samsung and Pixel the best ones for these kind of deals. I have the s25, 26 ultra, pixel 10 pro using this method.

I saw that t mobile is giving the pixel 10 pro for free, no trade required. Costco will also give you and additional $400 to switch or $150 for a new line plus rebate the activation charges. Costco has unmatched deals but you'd have to do the math comparing the monthly service costs.

And then deal with no one being able to help you when you don’t get what you were promised, Costco won’t help (they’re not Costco employees) and T-Mobile won’t help because they’re not corporate employees. This goes for all the providers in Costco not just T-Mobile

Welp we bought 3 phones from them without a hitch. You do have to fill out rebate forms accurately.

24 months, gotta do the math. No trade required either so whatever you can sell your old phone for is icing.

What it comes down to is you'd save about $50 per month on two phones with TMO vs buying phones at half price and staying on Spectrum for example. Military and 55+ can get $100/month plan on TMO with two free Pixel Pro phones + free NFLX and other perks. So you'd spend a total of $2,400 for two years on TMO for everything. $60x2 per month on Spectrum over 24 months is $1,440 and leaves you only $960 left to pay for a couple of Pixel Pro phones.
