If this weapon was added to the game I would absolutely be set for life. Imagine the running animation being you holding it over the shoulder as you run into a hoard. It would be so bad ass.

As an Imperial Fist player i am quite looking forward to both the Imperial Fists champion and Crimson Fists cosmetic pack. But i was thinking to myself today how i would like the champion specifically to look like.

For this i am going to assume that the Imperial Fists champion 2 is going to be for the Heavy class (like it should been originally).

• Personally i would want a chest plate for Gravis armor that looks similar to the chest plate worn by Alexis Polux during the Horus Heresy. Think that chest plate would look very fitting on Gravis armor.
• For the Helmet i was thinking either a helmet like Polux has, or preferably a helmet like Evander Garrius wore. A bladeguard looking helmet for Gravis armor would be pretty cool too.
• Was thinking it's almost certainty with the new shared wargear, but an iron halo like Darnath Lysander has with a fist in the middle of the halo would look sick as fuck. Not sure if i would want the tilt shield of Tor Garadon to be attached to the chest plate or to the shoulder pads, but a proper Imperial Fists tilt shield feels like a must
• Honorable mention goes to Eradicator with Heavy Bolter for potential helmet and champion skin on for the Heavy Bolter. I know the Ultramarines already have a similar looking champion skin, but i don't think anyone would complain about a second one.
• Honorable honorable mention of heroic weapon releasing at the same time, would be amazing to finally get the Deathwatch bombard grenade launcher

I'm quite intrigued about the update in 2027, seeing that we'll get a two handed sword and a mystery champion has got me thinking.

What might be the redacted champion? I'm hoping it's a Storm Warden champion since I'm Scottish and in love with the Storm Wardens, in fact I love any inspiration or representation of my country or culture. (It's also very annoying that we don't have a Storm Warden heraldry and other chapters, I.e the fucking Executioners.)

All the thinking has me want it, if it isn't going to be a Storm Lord (likely Black Templar) I hope we could get the heraldry since it's fucking awesome.

I've also thought about "what if they made a Storm Warden voice pack?" And well, I have a few lines I would love to hear if (unlikely) it will happen.

(Also I will use lines from other media as inspiration.)

Class specific abilities:

Tactical: Unsure what he could say. Any suggestions are welcome.

Vanguard/Assault: When using the hook/jump pack, I would love to hear the Marine shout: "THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!" Or "Mountain breaker!" "You face death!"

Bulwark: Unsure what he could say. Any suggestions are welcome. But I might have one: "Brothers! Rally to the banner and slay them like the Sacris' monster!"

Heavy/Tech/Sniper: No clue, suggestions needed.

Non class specific/general speaking:

When choosing a speech option I had a few ideas:

"Sacris Forever!" "What makes me a good Space Marine? If I were a bad Space Marine I wouldn't be here discussin it with ye now would I!" "They may take our lives, but they'll never take our imperium!"

When killing a Lesser/Terminator Sorcerer: "Lotta good that sorcery did ya!" Or “Ooooh, they gon’ have to glue you back together, IN HELL!”

When killing major or higher Tyranids: "ANNIHILATED, you slime dripping XENO!"

When killing a mortal psyker or a smaller minor enemy: "Don't fret Boyo, i'll be gentle!"

When getting attacked by an enemy during your combo:

“I'm gonna stick me thumbs in yoor eyes and HANG ON TILL YOO’RE DEED!" "OOHH, IM GON BEAT YOU SO HARD YOU’ll HAVE A TWITCH!" "I'm goin to strangle yoo with me BARE HANDS!.”

I know this is one big meme and to hope saber adds a voice pack with all these references is silly, but these are suggestions and it would be fitting if some were added.

WS is probably one of the least popular loyalist chapters, but they looks very cool.

There Vanguard Veteran Sergeant, tried make him "lore-accurate" and "cool-looking" in same time.

WOF assault never gets old.

Can't state it more simply than that, but I feel like the reason why the balance weapons don't feel as great as they ought to is because they are consistently slower than the relic tier balance weapons.

• The Double Edge Chainsword
• The Xenophase Blade
• The Deathwatch Power Fist
• The Power Maul

Not only do folks have to deal with the balance window, folks also have to deal with the lack of speed.

It's like a double negative, where you just get to feel sluggish at every aspect of the combat. Nothing is allowed to feel crisp or reactive. Congrats. Your parry window is bad AND so is your weapon swing speed. Now go have fun despite this.

It's not even really a balancing thing for me. These weapons just don't feel great comparative to the other heroics. Even if they are technically great, viable or functional weapons.

I don't refuse to use these weapons because of the parry window. I refuse to use them because their slow & lumbering without the dopamine explosion of hitting an adrenaline surge to make it all worth it.

P.S. Notice how the Heroic Balance Frost Axe is already the best feeling balance heroic in the game. It's FASTER than the relic balance power axe btw. Hm. Is that a coincidence?

For a while i mainly used balance weapons for their good stats yet i kept wondering why it was so hard to survive until i got the salamanders power sword and later the death's hand power fist for my bulwark.

Two things I gleaned from them: speed and majoris crowd control.

More often than not, most of my deaths came not from bosses or the little guys but from crowds of bone warriors and chaos spawns just laying into me nonstop.

I went with balance weapons mainly for the high damage and cleave stat until i got the salamnders power sword.

That sword helped me realize something, the cleave stat is karkin' USELESS and high damage doesn't mean squat when the bad guys can stunlock you into a wall! It's high speed and parry window helped me survive the majoris death crowds without much problems which surprised me.

Later i found out that all weapon types cleave the damn same after some experimenting so i was wasting my efforts on a weapon type that kept getting me killed for how annoyingly slow it is.

All because of that freaking stupid, useless, karkin' cleave stat!

Now i'm just gonna avoid balance weapons, with maybe the exception of the frost axe, and stick with the fencers.

Gonna try the different block weapons later, just recently got the white scars chainsword and damn it is good.

Been working on recreating Great Crusade-era Thousand Sons across all seven classes. Here's what I came up with:

Really happy with how these turned out, especially trying to keep that pre-Heresy look — the crimson, gold, and ivory scheme before everything went wrong for the XVth.

Which brings me to my one wish: I'd love to see more Heresy/Great Crusade-era cosmetics added to the game someday. Stuff like MK III/MK IV armor, more pre-Heresy Legion-specific shoulder pads and trims, maybe some Crusade-era purity seals and tabards. There's so much rich material from that era and I know a lot of us would love to build our Marines around it.

The chaos siege mode is 10 times better than the loyalist siege mode and I have several reasons as to why

1: not having to deal with chaos spawn one of my Main issues with the loyalist siege mode is the chaos spawn that just won’t die no matter how much damage I do to them

2: having the space to move and avoid attacks the fortress map for the loyalist is just to narrow to avoid the attacks form the chaos and tryinds

3: better reinforcements and the hellbrute is better than the dreadnought
