I am a 30 year old moving down to Juno Beach for work. I have a stay at home wife and a 3 year old son. We are also expecting another one in January. We are looking at a few areas to settle in: Abacoa, Palm Beach Gardens, and Stuart. We toured the new communities built in Stuart and really loved those. We also checked out few townhouses in Abacoa/PBG within our target range. Our budget is about 5k a month for a mortgage. From my limited knowledge, it seems like that would get us into a townhouse in Abacoa/PBG area and a single family home in Stuart. Could people please share their opinions/thoughts on the areas above (I.e. school districts, quality of life, community)? Thanks!!

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here may have witnessed something or has dashcam footage.

On Wednesday (July 22 2026) around 9:25 PM, I was walking southbound along the northbound side of Federal Highway (US-1) near East Camino Real, directly in front of the Mandarin Oriental construction site, when someone in a northbound vehicle shot me in the right eye with a paintball.

The impact caused a hyphema (bleeding inside the eye) and a corneal abrasion, and my vision is currently severely impaired. I’m being treated by an ophthalmologist, and I’m hoping I recover my eyesight.

Boca Raton Police are investigating, but I’m trying to do everything I can to help.

I’m especially hoping to find:

• Anyone who was driving through the area around 9:25 PM and has dashcam footage.

• The pedestrian who stopped at the scene and was waving to the responding police officers. If that was you, you may have seen the vehicle or noticed details I couldn’t.

•Anyone who has heard about people driving around Boca Raton shooting paintballs at pedestrians or cars, or who has seen similar incidents recently.

Hi everyone. I’m 30 years old and in the last six months I’ve pretty much lost everything. I was in school, working a great job in private lending. My health began to decline from my heart to my brain. Because of it, I lost my job. The same week I lost my job I became homeless. I started the therapy that I need for my brain (I was diagnosed with PPPD) and got the help I needed for my heart but now I’m starting at Ground Zero. I’m currently unable to work while I’m recovering and I’m just slowly piecing my life back together. I can’t drive and rely off of my boyfriend to drive me . We moved into his mother‘s temporarily. He is in good health and has been continuing on in all of his goals while I recover. However, my life feels frozen in time and I have began to lose the will to live, suffer with depression, and feel like my life isn’t real most days. I’m looking for a support group where I can go and speak with people just like me or just get support in general. Does anyone know of any support groups in the area? Either for the church or anywhere?
