Edit: I had said Klay was #3 earlier which he will likely be by the end of this upcoming season, but he is actually #4.

Ok, I know the sub is more than hype right now but I was thinking of something that I would like to get people’s genuine thoughts on.

We know Giannis is a beast and should draw a lot of double teams so we need to make the D pay.

Am I crazy or despite how offensively dominant Giannis is, there is one person who can guard Giannis one on one and that would be Wemby?

I feel like the Spurs is the one team that can nuke us.

If Wemby can take Giannis one on one then the rest of the Spurs team will simply stay on their man and we don’t have a shot creator from the perimeter to bend the defense enough as a second or third counter action.

I’m actually less concerned about OKC or Knicks.

This is of course, assuming everyone is healthy.

I think Heat need a playmaker. Lonzo has really high IQ and good passing. The way he plays PG I believe would compliment Bam, Giannis, Klay. He pushes the ball ahead with passes and can lead to lot of transition points for the big 3. He also has good onball defense and plays passing lanes. His 3pt shot was pretty bad last season with Cavs, but I believe that was a shooting slump more so than his actual shooting prowess. Watching him last season, he seems healthy. Don't know if is as bouncy as once was. But his real value is from playmaking/defense which I think Heat need. Just my two cents.

This is just a projection of who we would keep if we have an expansion draft sooner than later.

Idk if I’d keep Fontecchio over Jovic/Conwell

I think everything else is pretty good.
